The entire staff was very professional and welcoming. Kudos to the technician for making recommendations and actually up sold my services to include a transmission fluid change. The mechanic checked several additional things and took the time to actually make my day by providing phenomenal service. Everyone involved at the site should receive the highest positive recommendation for excellent service.
What I appreciate the most was that the service going to this level was unexpected and was the highlight of my day. Please make sure this goes to the highest levels of communication within the company about providing unexpected Excellent service.

So ridiculously expensive, and all I got was a basic oil change. I can go elsewhere, pay half the price. And they at least rotate my tires and check my fluids. I even had to ask them to check my tire pressure.

The customer service is excellent here! I called ahead of time and spoke with the manager, Andrew, about services at this location and he assured me that they could help and welcomed me to come on down. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by the tech, Aiden, who answered all my additional questions, including an estimated time for doing the freon recharge and oil change. Andrew remembered me from the earlier call and came out once in the bay to check my car and explain other services needed based on my vehicle mileage, and once I agreed, offered me their air conditioned waiting area while they worked. I appreciated how Andrew kept me informed as they tested my vehicle's AC for leaks and appreciated their thorough approach to checking everything, including my cabin air filter, and even showed me how and can access and change it myself. And to top things off, they did everything (oil change, freon recharge, radiator flush, and cabin air filter replacement) ahead of the estimated time, and did so with a smile. Truly great service and value, and definitely a location I will recommend to others.
