The historic nature of the building and its unique features made for the perfect backdrop. Krisjohna was very easy to work with. “We went here for the first time yesterday and we stayed 6 hours! This place is amazing! And Carolyn, the owner is so nice and friendly and helpful. To go to an arcade and spend only around $100 including buying a few beers was wonderful. This is the only arcade I will be taking my son to over in Oklahoma City from now on! Most games take one or two tokens instead of four or five. Like most arcades. I 100% recommend this place”

“Very cool experience. it was a tad overwhelming which I understand people trying to sell to make a living. I did get punked out of 8$ worth of change by Snibbles but they must of needed it more then me. I got some really good local honey from Henry's honey farms and a great locally raised and processed chicken connect with Purely foods farm. I also got some locally grown plants and spinach from K-select farm. The Antique mall was alot more chill it was very cool to go back in time with so much to see! so overall im really glad I went. I'll definitely come again.”

“This was such a great find in OKC. The decor and whole vibe hits you as soon as you drive up. The host greets you and truly makes you feel welcome. Heck, the entire staff is great and welcoming, and trust me you will LOVE the breakfast hint… get the waffles:). Rooms, pool, hot tub and game room are all clean and well maintained. This was such a good time and I will be back. If you want a great getaway THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!”
“I rented the headshot room at The Treasury to film some video for an app I'm developing. The location was gorgeous--lots of great natural light, plenty of plug-ins for equipment, and beautiful decor that helped keep the video backdrops varied even though they were all filmed in one room. The rental process was super simple and I was surprised at how affordable the rental rate was. I plan on renting the headshot room in the future for more videos.”

“Enjoyed a week long stay in a 1 bedroom queen suite. Everything was clean and the staff was very professional. Only thing I would like to see changed is towel pick-up and replacement. As with most hotels they only leave a few towels then you have to go and request more. My suggestion for management. Leave twice as many towels as room occupants or check twice a day if towels need replacing.”

“I love Hyatt, and I have always prioritized choosing Hyatt hotels for work trips because there's a lot they do right.
The room was really cute! Really cute gift store as well. The premise is so beautifully, thoughtfully, and meticulously curated, down to the faucet handles and other room decor items. The hotel is aesthetically on point. Amenities and room service was great. However, there were some days when my bathroom was cleaned out but my bed wasn't made so I wasn't sure. I really liked how they replenished everything. I thought their throw blanket was super cute and asked them where I could get it; they got my info but couldn't get back to me in the last 3 days that I was there. Honestly, service attitude was quite mid, what I would expect at a 3 star hotel, just nice but not eager to be helpful. I liked the amenities--there was a sauna and a steam room with bathrobes and slippers available. I found my room quite dark in the evening. Sometimes, I had super early morning video calls, and I struggled to get enough indoor lighting. (Was on the 2nd floor). I liked how there was a breakfast cafe store in the lobby, it wasn't super busy, maybe two or three other customers were there, but the employees there didn't seem very happy to help. I have to get to work early in the morning and order my breakfast to go, on average it took like 15 min, even for avocado toast. I feel like the price is just a bit high for their menu items, however, the lattes and Matcha drinks taste wonderful. I mainly tried their breakfast.
I have stayed at the Omni in OKC and I think I liked that stay just a tad more because I didn't constantly feel like I was making a dent on their day (and I was being as polite as I can be). I've been in the service industry before, and I understand working with people is difficult, and I am not trying to be difficult to please, but I felt like 80% of the interactions over I had with the front desk, valet, and the breakfast restaurant (over a 4 night stay) did not make me feel like my business was valued or that the employees wanted to be there. The valet service was nice but the difference between the two (Omni and Fordson) is absolutely night and day, and by which, I mean Omni's valet service absolutely knocked it out of the park and I tipped accordingly.
There's a close public garage across the street so you don't need to use valet. However, there was a day where the garage was fully parked because of a concert nearby, and the day after, the power broke out and it was super creepy.
So, given the prestige claimed by this hotel, I love the rooms (absolutely floored) and am overall a little disappointed in the service. I wish I could see the housekeeping staff to thank them personally but I didn't see any of them during my stay there. (Granted I was out typically from 8 AM to 8 PM) I wanted to give it 5 stars so bad!! I'm not sure if this sentiment is only felt by me, but I wanted to be as objective as I can. I would like to give it another chance but if the quality of service persists, I probably would prefer to take my business elsewhere.”

“I went to a concert here, was spacey since there werent many people, no one had mask on barely.The drinks were strong and good,but the food, or should i say appetizers,were horrifying,which i didnt partake. i paid for v.i.p but I couldve just got a regular ticket and been anywhere lol.
