My partner and I stopped by this location this afternoon to activate our new phones and y’all!!!!!! Curtis was a godsend!! Not only did he give us top tier intentional service AND a smooth transition with activating our phones AND adding a new line from a different provider but we also came at a busy hour and he offered ALLLLLL clientele that entered that same energy!! We left laughing and have clearly found our new favorite Verizon stop!

We had an amazing experiencing working with Curtis to get our phones setup. We bought unlocked phones and brought them into the store to switch out from our old phones. We were in a prepaid plan which made the move a little challenging but Curtis was incredibly patient and great to work with. Thank you to Curtis and team for excellent service today.

DAN DAN MY SAVIOR MAN-- what can I say, I'm a damsel in distress. I recently moved and was really lost without my phone that was being repaired next door for 3 hours. Dan here helped me print out directions to my house and got me home safely!!! Thanks Dan!!!!!!
Everyone at this store was super helpful, Dan was the most helpful and I also really enjoyed Cooper. They had another awesome gentleman on the team this morning around 10 am in a suit that was extremely helpful as well but I didn't catch his name as he was helping 2 other ladies.
Not gonna lie AT&T-- THIS MAKES ME WANNA SWITH BACK OVER TO VERIZON. VERIZON ALWAYS HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE!

Had a great experience replacing a phone here today. Ty made sure they had what I needed, got the old one traded in and made it easy and pretty quick. The whole crew today was awesome. Will definitely come back for dealing with any upgrades!

I received absolutely top notch customer service from Dan at the Verizon store today. Dan let me tell all about my issue even though I suspect he knew what the issue and solution were after my first two sentences. After hearing me out, he explained what he thought the problem was and suggested a solution (which totally worked). His communication skills where absolutely fantastic and clearly matched by his deep product knowledge and efficient troubleshooting acumen. Hands down the best service I've ever received at Verizon, and it's not close. Verizon: whatever you are paying Dan now should be increased by at least 30% immediately if not sooner.
