Do not waste your time with Verizon they are a scam!! I was told switch to us and we will get you free iPhone 16 so I did them was told I did not qualify but to wait 3 months and can get upgraded! 5 months past and yeah we can upgrade you but it will be $1100 today! What a joke they lie to get you to switch don’t honor anything they tell you! They are real salesman for sure! And their service sucks!!! Stay away go att

I recently went in to transfer a number from AT&T and was really impressed with the service I got here. I will say I’m not a patient person and didn’t want to spend all day doing this and Angel did not disappoint. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of the rebates and promotions. One of my promotions didn’t show up in the app, but Angel gave me his number so I could text him in case this happened. He texted me several times (even on his day off) and we got it sorted. No where else can you get service like that and I certainly didn’t expect a text on his day off but he really went above and beyond.

I had come there about two months back to deal with a watch issue which had gone wrong bc not only had Verizon screwed me over by not sending it to me but by not giving me the credit even after going in store.
I called and emailed and the manager responds whenever he feels like it (a William Blake Pillars) and who was super rude to me the first time around and cut me off and the rudeness continued even after he didn’t put the promo and then wrote back as if I was sitting on my behind not doing anything and bothering him when I had set the time to meet and had to cancel due to work emergencies.
Verizon has been anything but helpful and an asset. I plan to leave the company before the year is out. They are not worth the money I have wasted and they need to do better with their cx service.

I see a lot of bad reviews here about Paige so I'd like to come on here and say that Paige was very kind to me, and professional. She did try to push me into a new phone, but after I said no she was very supportive with my decision. Paige definitely seems like a match energy's type of person. Treat her with kindness and respect, and I'm sure she'll do the same

Was not explained details of promo at time of purchase. Repeat delays on shipping our phones with no communication from Verizon. When I come into the store to get information, it depends who you get if they are smart enough to access it.
Was just spoken down to by an employee named Paige….SUPER RUDE!

I went in yesterday 10/15/24 spoke with a tall Indian guy who was rude he yelled across the whole store “ You got bad credit “ after I tried explaining to him I was offered a upgrade due to a sales rep coming to my door scamming me into switching my phone service to them for internet service that wasn’t even available in my area then he proceeds to tell me that it was my fault that I got scammed that I should’ve got up and came into a store that floored me it wasn’t like someone wearing AT&T gear sold me Verizon it was a Verizon rep only when I requested management did a guy step up that watched the whole thing go down and didn’t attempt to step in to defuse the situation and of course he couldn’t find the number to corporate to file a complaint. Now I’m stuck paying more than what I was before cause the plan had is no longer available so my plan will double if I go back then the sales rep texted me sorry for the misinformation?? She knew exactly what she was doing cause I explained to her multiple times the type of connection I needed to work from home which she promised multiple times it was and even pulled up a router for me to see it was the same connection only to find out she lied it’s only cellular WiFi available which I told her I can’t use . I’m highly upset nothing has been done to make it right yet.

I was need of an upgrade and I had a tight budget to stick to. I came in and met Paige, who guided me through the whole process without pressuring me to purchase the latest, most expensive device. She even helped transfer all my data to my new phone and took my old one off my hands. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an appointment at this location to have help in troubleshooting my phone. I had been without service for a day and a half as a business owner.
The lady (I believe her name was Pearl?, her badge was obstructed hanging from her pocket) who was working with me told me she didn’t have an appointment for me so I showed her the email ‘Ready for your appointment?’ With the exact location and time that I arrived. She didn’t seem to want to help right away. I was already frustrated so her negativity pushed the initial interaction into an even worse place for me.
Subsequently my drivers license had expired two weeks ago. She refused to help me even after I provided a valid military photo ID. I asked to escalate it to a manager and she told me I’d have to call Verizon. I decided to terminate my services at this point. I drove to another Verizon location and they were able to fix my phone without upgrading my sim within a matter of minutes.
I’ve been with Verizon for 18 years. This underscores the importance of friendly and effective customer service. I’ll be terminating Verizon at the end of this billing cycle in light of this experience.

If I could give zero starts I would. This company ripped me off and stole over $300 from me. Was told I would receive a refund for 2 months and still have yet to see a penny. Never getting service with verizon again.
