Avoid this place if you need service. They are decent at service but completely uninterested in solving problems for existing customers. I spoke with Angel today and you would think I was interrupting his day.

Verizon is a joke! I highly suggest to stay away from them. We've had service for a year and have had nothing but trouble. Have had to call every month because the bill is wrong every time! They have cut our phones off because we didn't pay triple what the bill is supposed to be. I've never had a worse experience with a phone company.

AT&T was my provider...They had a crazy way of explaining their charges & it still had problems excepting some of the charges. Had to change so I saw what Verizon has & it made more sense and No Hidden fees. Good customer service & in a Great location!

Gave us the home internet box. Got it home, was not registered to our account and our address isn’t even eligible for the coverage. The salesperson was a very attractive hispanic that was struggling understanding. That was not her fault. It was Verizon’s fault. I’m embarrassed for them to make such a gorgeous Alejandra be humiliated like that.

Trying to return Verizon FIOS equipment from VA. Just because you don’t have fiber to the home in OKC, shouldn’t mean that your customers are inconvenienced.It took three people in the store and a phone agent to tell me I had to take it to UPS or FEDEX.Verizon could not print the label for UOS or FedEx. It cost $2.19 at the UPS store to print a piece of paper for the label!I will NOT use @verizon for any services in the future. You make it too difficult to do business with. Do better.

This place is the best if you want to have fun while you get a new phone and great service! Louis was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend him. Bryce and Zach were great too. Love them all!

My husband and I had a very satisfying experience at this store. We transferred from Tmobile and purchased new phones. The team that helped us set everything up was great! Shout out to Alana, Angel, and Josh!!

I’ve been having a problem with my home Internet service with Cox Internet. So I went into the Verizon store and met a wonderful, helpful Verizon manager by the name of Nicole. She listened to every detail of my problem and came up with the perfect solution. She’s absolutely amazing and her sales staff represents her excellence and leadership.
