I had a great experience!! Alaya was especially amazing. She was so kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about helping me out. Definitely ask for her! The manager here is really great too. Nobody likes going in to deal with phone issues, but they made it a very enjoyable time.

Don't let Christian try to help you. He is more into playing games on his phone rather than helping and very specifically said no he doesn't want to help with doing a upgrade and getting us a new phone

Rep was pleasant. Apparently my families service in 4 different states is experiencing a “small outage” that has been going on for an hour and a half, but “it should only be another have hour or so” because we pay hundreds of dollars to not have consistent phone service. Verizon is really killing it lately.

I was transferring a number off of my prepaid account and I still had one I added $20 to the number I was leaving on the account. But instead the sales rep gave me the transfer pin for the number that I needed and then put the $20 on the number that I was taking off of the account so I literally spent money for no reason for it to just go poof because this kid didn't pay attention to what he was doing. And when I found out and called to see what they were going to do about it they sent me to a different location to do something that wasn't possible instead of owning up for their mistakes so be careful

Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Have been a Verizon customer for countless years and never had a issue with service until today. Came in to get the new iphone. Wanted to trade in my current iphone due to some malfunctions with the phone.
To start, as I was not the primary account holder we had to call the primary account holder, my parents, to get the process started for trading in my phone, which was fine. The part that wasn’t fine about this was how completely rude the sales guy was while on the phone with my parents. He was walking me and my parents through steps to take on the verizon app so we could trade in the phone. There was one step that my parents could not do on the app as they couldn’t find what he was telling them to do on the app and when my parents told him this over the phone, he looked at me and made a frustrated and condescending gesture acting as if my parents were too stupid to figure it out and proceeded to reply “ It should be there “‘ and his tone confirmed how condescending he was. So next my parents screen shared their phone to show him and guess what, IT WASN’T THERE. It eventually was sorted out but I strongly want to add that through this entire process he was more concerned with chatting with buddies and playing on his phone then ACTUALLY HELPING US.
After we’re finally done with that very uncomfortable process, he tells me it will cost $480 to trade in for the new iphone since mine had a few hundred dollars left for it to be paid off. This completely made no sense. All my years with verizon I have never had to pay off a phone before being able to trade it in especially one that was well over 50% paid off. I as well asked for the pink iphone and he told me that Verizon doesn’t carrier them. After all of this I politely informed him that I won’t be moving forward with trade in. He responded one word, “ Okay “ , turned around, and proceeded to chat with buddies AGAIN.
I spoke with the Verizon off of 33rd and Broadway and was met with significantly better customer service and kindness. They also told me I did NOT have to pay off my phone before trading in and as well told me Verizon ALWAYS carrier the pink iphone. I wasnt even going to say anything about the terrible service I experienced at the store on penn until after speaking with the store off 33rd and PROPERLY being helped trading in my phone.

Came in to get help with an order that got hung up in Verizon’s system. Took 90 minutes and 3 calls to Verizon back office, and still I left without the phone I had ordered online. At least my charge got refunded.
