I have been with Verizon many years and have a grandfather plan. Through a human error it was removed and I was told could not get it back... Kitia took 3 hours with me and gave me that warm friendly family service when I am sure she could have been making commissions off someone else.... I came through the door and she reassured me that she had me no matter what.... And people not just because of the Great phone service but because of the customer service skills as presented today...see Kitia at the Pennsylvania store and be treated fairly with dignity....z

Dude I met with (Matt) was kind of aggressive when it came to the sales pitch. I was trying to upgrade a phone & he immediately was trying to sell me home internet ? Not sure how it correlates to what I came in for. Just seemed very negative towards what I was needing. The quote I received wasn’t even what I had explained. Probably wouldn’t recommend this location.

I stopped by this location today to look at the Samsung flip phone and I was held by a gentleman by the name of De. He explained to me the advantages of android versus iPhone and iPhone version versus android. Also showed me a feature that will help me operate my business in the future, he was awesome.

Lakitia was absolutely amazing. She got me an amazing deal for my Internet to go along with my brand new iPhone. Even with the servers messing up, she made sure to push through and made sure I had the absolutely perfect deal. The manager was awesome and super understanding too. Lakitia definitely went above and beyond that day as they were about to close as well. Thanks again!

Broke my phone, they were quick to help not only me, but the customers in the store. They were all friendly to everyone and we're knowledgeable. My person explained my current plan, gave me knew options, and found a better deal. She even helped package my broken phone up and told me the closest UPS store to send off. Highly recommend this location.

Worst store ever. There are just 6 of them hanging around. They aren't helpful. I can order a phone, change or cancel my service, even order a new line of service by pressing a few buttons on my phone. But, my work ID, the same phone with the same IMEI, a picture of my ID front and back for insurance, a copy of my car insurance all bearing my name. Man, they are such good "customer service heros" at this store they wouldn't let me walk out with the phone I had already paid taxes on. These guys are great and will go great lengths to "protect customers". Don't switch to Verizon. Seriously. After 15 plus years based on this stores refusal to find a solution--I am done.

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS VERIZON STORE. I was told a lot of misinformation. I went in to upgrade phones. I was told that accessories would bill out with the phone payments so I went ahead and bought their higher priced accessories for multiple phones so I could pay them out over the 24 months instead of buying them for less but paying in full upfront somewhere else. After Christmas things get tight. Well found out today that wasn't true. Got billed all at once for everything. Was also told about their 5G home internet special. 25 dollars a month and we could try it for the first month for free and then decide if we want to keep it or not. That was not true. Its 35 dollars a month and I was charged the 35 on my very next bill which cut only two days later so now 300 dollars in accessories and 35 dollars for "free month" were all auto pulled from my account on top of my normal bill. They also gave me a case to return our old phones. One case for two phones. Asked if I needed separate boxes. Told No. Now I'm getting trade credit for one phone but not the other so there is another 30 dollars auto pulled. Customer service is telling me I need to wait multiple bill cycles to see if its corrected?? Last thing was we set up auto pay and they pulled that out 5 days earlier then we discussed in store( so before my pay day) and my expected 300 dollar bill ballooned to over 600 and pulled early due to all of these inaccuracies I was told. They were not honest mistakes but a sales tactic to get me to buy things and take offers that were not true. Lastly I was told if we kept the internet price after the free month I would start to be billed and I was guaranteed that 25$ price for 7 years locked in. I talked to support about ALL of these issues today and I'm told the $25 that's really $35 guaranteed for 3 years not 7. Kept help with accessories hitting me at once. I don't think all Verizon stores are doing this but I expect more from a corporate store and I would avoid this one for sure. If your stuck going there just pull up every detail your told and verify. Do not rely on any type of integrity or honesty from this store, You'll just end up with a huge bill and problems you cant even fix after the fact but hey they got theirs.

I went in to upgrade my phone and the service was amazing. I was on an outdated plan and paying more then I needed to they were able to help me get a better monthly rate! I love saving money and even more so when a company helps me. Thanks for the great service today :)

Come in to buy my son a pre paid phone. We was helped right away, Anthony was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the great work.

Update: I am changing my review because When I went to the Verizon store Quail Springs Location I ordered some AirPod Pro for my daughter and they were out in store. They were suppose to ship and received in 2 days. I have not received them and when I contact Verizon they are no help. I will definitely not place any more orders that have to be shipped to me and I pray when I receive my bill that the charge isn’t on my bill!Great customer service!
