We stopped by this Walgreens after my husband being discharged from the hospital after his open heart surgery. Our regular pharmacy was closed because it was Sunday evening when he was discharged. We were already very overwhelmed from the major surgery so we didn’t check our bag when we left to make our 1+ hour drive home. The tech had told us we had 7 prescriptions so we assumed were given all 7 prescriptions. It is now almost 5 pm & Walgreens has not apologized or acknowledged our pharmacy requesting my husbands 2 prescriptions be sent to them. On a scale of 1-5 this Walgreens get zero! I will follow through with a complaint somewhere besides this Walgreens & Facebook!

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. I honestly would never use Walgreens, but they are nextdoor. These jerks didn't want to fill my medication, so they forwarded my script to a different Walgreens across town today after my doctor called it in. It's a medication I need today. So I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting on them to fill it instead of driving across town. I hate this place. OMG

Just called the pharmacy and spoke to a "gentleman" about one of my prescriptions. He was incredibly rude and impatient and just said "have a good day" and hung up on me when I still had more questions.. absolutely rude and unprofessional

If I could give 0 I would. I just had the worst experience here. The employees here are so rude. I just went through the drive through to pick up my medication for my surgery recovery and the women inside seemed to have no idea what I needed or what I was talking about. They didn't have my medicine even after we got a text that said they did. I get that this can get mixed up so I wasn't even mad about that. She was not helpful at all and was extremely rude and she literally just stood there staring at us with no solution. She spoke to me and my husband like we were children even though she's the one who was getting confused. We left and I have no medicine to take so that's just wonderful. The employee had no idea what she was doing. Had no regard for me and had 0 solutions to the problem they created.

The Walgreens customer service is non existent. They don't even try to stand behind the products the sell. I purchased a 3 month supply of estrogen patches. Here's the problem, they don't stick to stay attached to my skin. I took said patches back to the Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City on 6350 N MacArthur Blvd. I spoke with a Pharm D on duty who let me know she cannot refund nor replace defective patches. I can however purchase a different brand of patches for $400.00 or buy water proof coverings to hold the patches on. I asked if the manufacturer would stand behind their products. She replied that I could try by calling them. I asked for the manufacturers phone number. She said it was on my package insert. (It's not there). I went back asking for manufactures (Mylan) phone number and she gave me a number to call. I called that number and it was for financial services!!!!! I go back for a THIRD time and after a LOT of searching she found the elusive number for Mylan. I've left a message with Mylan so we'll see what happens with that. Seems kind of odd to me that when a product that Walgreens sells and is defective it is left up to me to work it out. What do I need Walgreens for? These patches are not cheap and are NOT covered by my insurance. I have 1 box that has not even been opened. Can't get a refund or replacement for any of the 3 boxes. I called Walgreens corporate office and explained what happened.. They replied "So you'd like to make a complaint?" I give up Moral to this story if you choose to use Walgreens do so at your own risk. They do NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is non-existent. What else can be said?

They promised one day processing. I am leaving Okla headed to Texas. Guy said he is too busy to do it. Came by last night same, he would get to it. If I can't get the picture to deliver in Texas and I am really annoyed..

they're so rude and they ignore you until it's hella awkward and make you get their attention. nobody even looked at me when talking to me. the drive thru was closed so i walked in and i asked a girl at the front if someone was at the pharmacy and she said yes, when i walked all the way back the guy ignored me and acted like i wasn't there until finally looking up after i said something and said they're closed. as i walked to the front of the store i passed the same girl and said "guess they're closed" and she goes "yeah they're closed" like thanks for telling me before i wasted my time when i have to get to work lol.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm pretty sure these people at the pharmacy take pride in being the worst in customer service ever. Walgreens deserves no one's business.

Apparently instead of calling you when they cannot fill a prescription, they rely on an automated line to call you and they admit that can take you to 24 hours.

They need to change their closing information. I came at 1030pm and the doors were locked and the workers inside mouthed to me that they are closed
