I’ve had consistently poor experiences with this Walgreens pharmacy. Long wait times, disorganized staff, and a general lack of communication seem to be the norm here. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time—even when I get a notification saying they are. I’ve shown up multiple times only to be told they need more time or they’re out of stock entirely (which could have been communicated earlier).
The staff often seems overwhelmed and rushed, which leads to mistakes and missed details. On top of that, trying to get someone on the phone is almost impossible—I’ve been stuck on hold for over 20 minutes more than once.
If you value your time, your health, and basic customer service, I highly recommend finding another pharmacy.

The workers did not seem to care about helping at all, and the cashier was rude and tossed an empty bag at me.

Everytime I get anything from the pharmacy it's a nightmare... the staff is awful and rude. They are not able to keep employees and so the store closes with no warning several times a week. I've called for the supervisor and I get hung up on ... I'm literally changing now

They never have enough staff and waiting in line takes 15 min. or more. I had a pharmacist try to play doctor and then lied about when my rx would be ready. Do not recommend.

Frequently closing. Never know if pharmacy will be open due to no pharmacist on site. Always understaffed. Waiting in line is very long.

This is the worst Walgreens in OKC. Never any staff. Store consistently closes. Need to pick up prescriptions… find 3 hours to wait. Incompetent management.

I just spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to get a hold of the pharmacy (no one ever answered) I went from more then 3 callers ahead of me too one caller ahead of me. Plus my doctor sent in my prescription around 11am its now 6:15pm and I just now got a message that 1 out of 3 meds have been filled! What the heck is going on there? Based on all the reviews I'm just one out of MANY people not happy with this location.

Dude. These pharmacy workers HATE their lives. It seems like any request for a status update or help is met with attitude and reluctance. It’s almost like they completely disregard the fact that many of us rely on them to provide us with our life saving medication. Additionally, since this location has reduced its hours of operation from 24 hours, the service has gotten increasingly poor. I have no clue what the issue is here. All I can think is corporate needs to get more employees in, considering they’re constantly running behind at this location. I’m talking 2-3 days to fill a prescription. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This location is hell and the other Walgreens in the metro Okc area are not much better sadly. If you can avoid this location and all other Walgreens, it’s best you do. Save yourself the monthly migraines from waiting 30-40 mins in the drive thru or when you never get an explanation why it took 3-4 days to fill your prescription.
