I stopped by to drop off a prescription, but the pharmacy was temporarily closed. However, I was still able to deposit cash to my Chime account. The lady who assisted me was polite and provided great customer service. The store also had a wide selection of items. Overall, a positive experience despite the pharmacy being closed.

I waited in line, because there was just one cashier.
I like the drive thru pharmacy, but they took it down. >:(

The store isn't well stocked, the pharmacy is closed completely, associates aren't as helpful as they used to be. I figure the entire store will likely shut down if things don't change. Prices are a bit high.

The pharmacy is temporarily closed not the whole store and they need to say that instead of making it seem like the whole store is closed

They seem to not have the ringer on the phones. I called and was on hold for 45mins and then decided to called on my cell phone at the same time while being on hold. Never got a response. Might as well disconnect the phone service.

They don't even have a pharmacy no more. Zero stars

I'm sorry that I am only able to give five stars. Not nearly enough, as they deserve ten times that. I was in the store yesterday to purchase a soda and put money on my Cash App. Everyone there was kind and caring. Due to terminal health challenges, not only did I need help remembering how to do Cash App, but my hands were shaking so bad I couldn't hold on to anything. Your employees were so gracious in giving all the help I needed. To any managers or owners reading this, you should feel proud and blessed to have such compassionate people working for you. I was truly touched by their kind words and actions towards me. I pray that your store and your employees have the most amazing 2024. Each and every one of you deserves the very best of everything that life has to offer.

The pharmacy hours listed on the window are wrong. Their computers don't match the information sent to my cell phone by the app, the place is poorly staffed and the medication is always out of stock. Awful.

I can't understand why every single month I have issues with this pharmacy. Either meds are out of stock or pharmacy employees are sick or under staffed. Every month there is and issues why I am unable to get my meds on time and now there closed on weekends too. This is ridiculous thinking about switching to Walmart pharmacy. This used to be a good pharmacy but now it's a joke.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy known to man. I've had 3 prescriptions filled here and had the WORST experience all 3 times. The first, no one contacted me at all to let me know my prescription was ready. After 5 days of waiting, I finally called and put my phone number in and was told it was ready for pick up. When I went to get it, no staff could find it causing them to re-request it from the doctor and waiting even longer. The second time the staff was super rude, long wait time. Tonight I went to pick it up and was told they once again could not locate it and told me they would need to re-request it from the doctor.Safe to say I'll never be using this pharmacy again due to unorganization, rude staff, and carelessness.

On December 4th at 5:50pm, I went inside Walgreens to browse to kill some time while waiting for someone to arrive in the parking lot to sell an item to them from the Facebook Marketplace. I had my purse zipped up, as I always do to protect my prescription medications and wallet, and I spent around 4 to 5 minutes browsing inside the store before they arrived. As I was leaving, a cashier named Anthonesha (sp?), who was up front next to the ATM, was checking out customers, and asked me if I was leaving. I said yes. She told me to leave, get out and to not return. I was confused, and asked her why she was saying this. She repeated herself in a rude, demeaning tone. I asked her if she could please tell me what I had done wrong, and she continued to tell me to leave and get out immediately and to not come back. She still did not give any explanation why. I was only maybe 5-6 feet away from her, but she spoke very loudly, making a scene. There were several people in line being checked out by this woman and several in line to use the ATM, about 6 people. They all turned to stare at me. I promptly left the store immediately as she instructed me to do.I had not been in this particular Walgreens since 2014, and I have never been banned from any Walgreens. I did not go inside with the intention to steal nor did I steal anything. I was dressed nicely and well groomed. I was not intoxicated in any way and wasn’t acting suspicious, unless looking for a Christmas present for a friend is considered suspicious.I had my fiancé go inside to ask for the manager or supervisor. Nicole Hill, the shift supervisor, came outside where I was standing near the doors, as I didn’t want to go back inside and be threatened with the police being called on me. I explained to her what happened, and asked why I was treated in such an uncalled, mean, disrespectful manner. She explained that ever since the CVS across the street closed in October, shoplifting incidents have increased. She commented that the cashier treated me in that manner most likely due to my purse. I offered to dump my purse out and let the contents be searched. My purse isn’t very large, I measured it when I got home, and it measures 13 inches across and 12 inches tall. I pointed out to her that I saw 2 other women in the store with bags the same size as mine or bigger. As we were talking, I pointed out that a woman was walking out with the same size purse as me.I explained to her that if I was told that my medium size Coach purse would not be allowed, I would have gladly left it in the vehicle with my fiancé. There wasn’t a sign banning an average sized purse. I asked her if my purse wasn’t allowed, then what size purse would be appropriate. She didn’t have an answer. She agreed that Anthonesha’s behavior was inappropriate and that she would speak to her about the incident: I asked for the name of the store manager and let her know I intended to report what happened to more than just the manager.Nicole was very pleasant, understanding, and treated me very respectfully. I let her know that I worked in retail, at both CVS and Walgreens as a pharmacy technician and at Walmart as a cashier, and I could never imagine treating a customer in that manner.I’m including a picture of my purse that I wore on my shoulder while inside. I can understand a tote bag, backpack or duffel bag not being allowed, but I have never had trouble bringing it into a store before, including Walgreens.I want them to understand that you should treat others with kindness as you don’t know what they may be suffering from.
