Pharmacy, especially the pharmacist Eugene are extremely rude and incompetent, your prescriptions take an enormous amount of time to fill, do not bother calling this pharmacy with questions about your scripts either, the young lady that usually answers couldn't be bothered with your issues, Walgreens definitely puts their customers last.

Stay very far away from their pharmacy! I went to get a prescription filled, the tech couldn’t get my insurance to work so I paid out of pocket. I couldn’t continue to stand around for 30 more minutes. I called my prescription insurance people and they asked about other two meds I had filled, this tech used my insurance for someone else!!!! My insurance called the pharmacy to get this sorted out, they’ve been beyond rude on the phone. Formal complaints with the state are being filed for their negligence.

Yeah I worked in a pharmacy over 20 years ago and that was before we had all this fancy technology that we have nowadays I know exactly how long it takes to put a couple pills in a bottle and make phone call to get the prescription for those couple pills It takes like 5 minutes so when I called an hour and a half before and asked him if they could transfer prescription over to fill it and I'm paying cash and they say they can't do it till tomorrow That's pretty crappy when it's people's lives you're technically dealing with That's ridiculous

Janet the store manager is unprofessional the amount of bad reports and the amount of employees leaving this store do to favoritism is so disgusting. Keisha is super rude, unprofessional and always looking to push her favoritism by not doing anything but gossiping with Janet about the employees. Janet need to do better!!!

Will the pharmacy be open when you get there? Who knows?! Maybe it's 9am-1pm that day, or maybe close at 5pm. Anything goes. Only way to find out is waste some gas and roll the dice, but that's ok since there's a gas station next door. It's fine though. After all, prescription medications are clearly optional and there is no harm whatsoever in running out or missing doses here and there. Yeah, that's sarcasm of course. Maybe there's a pill for that, but don't count on getting it at this pharmacy...

Ross at the pharmacy was very rude and wanted me to do his job for him. Acted like it was a problem to do anything I asked of him. He finally said he could call my dr but Waited until 2 minutes before they closed so I wasn’t able to receive my prescription.

I always go to this Walgreens on 29th and Douglass do to it has a drive-thru and the people are always friendly.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. They're always so friendly. Today, I called to speak with Ashley to update the phone number for my profile. Ashley answered the phone, "Tech." When I asked her name, she told me with an attitude. After updating the phone number for one person, I asked her how many others were on the profile so I could update them. She informed me that she had already left that part, and it was too late. So, I called Walgreens on SE 15th to update it. I waited 39 minutes and 51 seconds. I called Walgreens on Air Depot and spoke with Nick, thank God. He was beyond professional and took the time to update my entire profile. I didn't want whoever had that number to receive our medical information. Ashley was rude and ruined my evening, calling Walgreens to Walgreens to update my personal information. ***UPDATE*** It's almost 24 hours later and I still haven't gotten my phone number updated, and have no access to my online account. I have placed 9 phone calls today to Walgreens. When I tried to access my online account, I was asked to call customer service. I spoke to several people who advised me that I need to have the Local pharmacy add my phone number. Susan was the rudest. She answered sounding like she was whispering or under water. she hung up on me mid-sentence. I called the pharmacy on Douglas and Air Depot. They all verified that my correct number is added. When I call customer service, it states that I'm calling from a number that's not on my account. I called the Corporate number and got a personal voicemail. At this Point, I'm on hold for my 10th call today to transfer all of our family members' RX to CVS. They are beyond unprofessional. I refuse to deal with this ghetto mess.
