This Walgreens used to be so great, now it is probably the worst one on the Southside. I called to ask why one of my prescriptions was canceled and the girl on the phone wouldn't answer me, put me on hold, and wouldn't pick back up. She basically hung up on me without hanging up. I am transferring all my prescriptions from this place. Moore Walgreens is way busier and so helpful.

I really just don't want to blame this particular Walgreens because they have closed so many around it and they just have many more prescriptions to fill but ya those lines and the rudeness of their staff and some of the things they say to you are unacceptable. But they want you to smile and oh it's ok my almost 80 year old dad's meds aren't ready. They really need to maybe add on to their stores expand the pharmacies hire some more techs to get it out the windows and add another drive thru lane. So hopefully 2 would be open at all times. Expand the store sizes. Or maybe this would be a good time for someone to buy up their old pharmacies accept all insurance pay employees well you would knock it out of the park. Listen their competitor ain't much better and doesn't accept my insurance. It's hard to be just mad at the pharmacy while obviously it's a whole company problem but you should respect your customers instead of popping of their little comments I've had several said to me but u can't get upset with them then they will not fill your meds. You get what you give. Do better please... pre pandemic they were great at this location but has went downhill.

Jeda was a very helpful worker. She made finding my items very easy and I would’ve had a horrible experience if it wasn’t for her.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After years of being a loyal customer, I finally gave up and switched pharmacies today. Tech on the phone was rude, condescending, and refused to let me speak to anyone other than her. Unfortunately, it seems as if lately, this is the new norm at Walgreens pharmacy. Very disappointing.

Dropped off my wives medicine. They said 1 hr. Came back, they said the pharmacist would not fill the prescription. They called the doctor. They said my wife was drug head. She has been taking that medicine for 25 yrs. She is not a drug user. Valid prescription from a valid doctor. They should have said something when I dropped it off. Wasted an hour. Went to another place and got it filled.

I scheduled an appointment for the RSV vaccine. I waited an hour and then they tried to say they couldn’t give it to me because it’s for pregnant women 32-36 weeks pregnant. I’m 35 weeks pregnant so in the right window. Then they made me wait longer. Why bother making an appointment? I understand they’re busy but pause on filling medication for 2 minutes to give the customers much needed vaccines.

I've never had a bad experience here until now. There is a sign in the window about abuse to their staff is not tolerated. What about there staff being rude? Start reading your reviews you guy's have a 2.8 rating for a reason. Do better!!!! If it weren't for consumer's you wouldn't have a job or business.

Everytime I have had to use this pharmacy, the medication has been delayed for hours or even days. The approximate time I was given for pick up was 11:15 a.m. It is now 11:55 p.m. and was told it “may” be ready this afternoon. I was also told that they were only working on one of my medications when the doctor has sent over two. The staff aren’t the most welcoming.

Missed my 2nd day of antibiotics because they can't get them to me in time. Doesn't matter if it's a tooth Infection that could kill me it's all good to them.

I can never get to the pharmacy to pick up my meds because there's always 10 people in line. When I finally get here, they say it's going to take 45 minutes. I requested this med a week ago.

A simple purchase of a cold product that I could not find, and a purchase of a decongestant that must be signed for was disappointing. I ask the cashier for my medication that must be signed for, but was not ask about brand or size and was given a box of 12. When I ask about another product she was not sure if they had it on the shelves but made no attempt to find it. She did not seem interested it my questions and I am sorry to say it was distracting to talk to her because she had some large gold thing sticking out of her skin on her nose, another gold thing on the other side really was distracting. After I took the small box of product and paid for it, she was looking around at others in the area, another employee went to the floor and found the product I ask her about and showed me the different ways it could be purchased. So I had to take that to another register to pay for it instead of paying where I was. This store was miles away from my home since they saw fit to close the pharmacy in the one around the corner from where I live.
