This has to be the worse Walgreens in okc area! Customer service is so poor or lack of at this location! I blame upper management for lack of training and consideration for customers. Walgreens corporate should be ashamed of there locations that have such poor customer service!!!

The only 24hr pharmacy we have and they refuse to properly staff their pharmacy. I'm in so much pain but I can't get the meds I need because of the poor management decisions being made at this location.

Aliza I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong but thank you so much for staying after your shift to help with my Western Union issue. You handled my situation with grace and I appreciate you!!

Awful customer service. 10+ people waiting in line inside and 10+ cars in the drive thru with only two employees ringing up customers. If you’re gonna have two lanes for the drive thru, why have just one person working it? Especially during the busiest parts of the day. And to not even acknowledge the customers lined up in the store for 15 whole minutes is ridiculous. Unacceptable.

Worst Walgreens experience of my life. Some genius decided the bathrooms should be locked at night because nothing says “customer care” like denying a basic human need. The employees? Totally indifferent. I was seconds away from a disaster and had to sprint to another store just to use the restroom. You’ve lost my business permanently. If this is how you treat people, you don’t deserve a dime.

The worst pharmacy that I have ever delt with. Ive never left a negative review on anything, honestly I have good experiences with business, but not this Walgreens. Ive never ever been treated this way in my life.
I had reverse shoulder replacement, double checked that Walgreens had gotten my prescriptions before I left the hospital. They had . No problem had some pain medication before I left the hospital and antibiotics. Went home and waited 6 hrs before having someone go and pick up my prescriptions. My biggest mistake was even using Walgreens and I know this now .
My friend went inside to pick up my prescriptions 6 hrs after they were sent in. I did call ahead of time to explain I had just had surgery and needed all medication that my doctor had sent in.. was told that was fine they would have it ready .
Upon arrive it was discovered they had not even started filling this medication. We said fine we would wait for them to fill . Please remember I just had shoulder replacement so my friend took me back home and he was to return to pick it up . Yall it was one of the biggest and worst nightmares ever . Bye this time I was in horrible pain and tjey then stayed it was be 4 more hrs before they could get to it !!!!! So I could do nothing but wait. No pain meds and no antibiotics. 4 hrs later returned to pick the meds up , inside was closed so waited in the car line 1hr and you guessed it my medication wasn't ready and they could not tell me when it would be !!!!! At this time I couldn't take the pain any longer and returned to the hospital er . Open on checking I had spiked a temp of 104 , I had now missed 2 doses of antibiotics and the pain was uncomfortable. I had not be able to rest at all since leaving the hospital because we were trying to get my medication filled . Needless to say the er admitted me back to the hospital where I say for 3 days trying to get the infection under control!!!!
I spoke with the hospital about the problem that I had with Walgreens several times. It was decided that I would Change pharmacy's . I changed to a locally owned one called Miller Drug . BTW my medication was ready when I got to the pharmacy from my second release from the hospital. I fully believe if I had not gone back to the ER from Walgreens that the infection would have gotten so bad that I may never have recovered. Do not go to Walgreens 24hr pharmacy ever !!!!! You are taking your life in your hands with them

If I could rate at 0 stars I would. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. The pharmacy either keeps you on hold hoping you will give up and hang up. They screw up scripts and don't process correctly through insurance quite often. Then when you call you can expect to be on hold for 30 minutes or hung up on.

I already knew this Walgreens had gone so far down the tube that it should be closed and I had moved my kids prescriptions to the neighborhood Walmart down the street and have been very happy with them. Well I had to go get my husbands prescription this morning after it took them over 12 hours to fill 6 pills and not being able to answer the phone after 45 minutes on hold at 10 pm… whoever was working the drive thru at 9:45 am on 8/7/24 needs to either have customer service training or be fired. I’ve never had someone be so rude for absolutely no reason from the very start. I get having a bad day but never once have I taken it out on customers. So to have this person throw my license and my card into the little drawer was completely unnecessary. Not even a “have a day” or anything.. So it’s really no wonder that you have 2.2 stars now and if it was an option, I’d give 0.. Truly a horrible place to get medication filled between the awful service and the extremely long wait times for anything.

I have learned to extend grace, but I have had it with them. They told me, last Friday that they didn’t have my medication. I waited three days to go and get my medication and guess what, I waited 45 minutes on the drive through, for the lady to tell me that I needed to go inside. I went around, parked my car, went inside, made the line close to 30 minutes, got the other representative to tell me that they don’t have the medication, and he was nice enough to tell me that I need to go check on all the Walgreens around to find the medication. I don’t know about you all but I hate with passion, Walgreens. Sick people should not go through this. Shame on the ones handling Walgreens!!!!

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Walgreens as a whole or just this location, but when you have a loved one in horrible pain and are told you have to wait two hours for you prescription to be filled that is a problem. The clerk was kind and considerate, but Walgreens should be ashamed. But what do you expect from companies today? It's about getting more money at the expense of the customer and employee.

The staff that works here are friendly and knowledgeable if and when you have the time it takes to speak with them. The store seems to be severely understaffed. I have transferred all my medications to a different pharmacy. I’m retired and even I don’t have time or patience for this Walgreens. (I hate leaving a poor review for the nice employees that work there. I believe the problems are out of their control)

Have been waiting on a refill of my diabetic meds, called a week later to find out they Don have it, the pharmacy lady was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to, when I asked why it was taking so long she started saying ma'am ma'am is there something wrong with you and the drive through is horrible the cutomer service in general is horrible, the inside is never opened and they never have enough staff this happened on 6/15/2024. I will be changing pharmacies .
WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
