They are ridiculously slow. It took me 20 minutes to get through a line of 2 people, and then they had screwed up something with my prescription and made even though it would only take a couple of minutes to fix, they sent me out of the line so it took another 15 minutes of waiting behind another 2 people to finally get my prescription. There’s no reason that it should take this long to get a prescription. This isn’t a unique experience either. This place always sucks.

I was in for prescriptions. They gave me 1/2 of 1 of my prescriptions and didn't give me any of another. They didn't tell me that I wasn't getting everything. I got all the way home before I new that I didn't get everything. I called and they said they would fill my other two three next day. I showed up and they only gave me the other 1/2 prescription. Didn't let me know that I want getting the other AGAIN. Terrible communication and no consideration at all.

I would leave zero stars if possible. I went back to CVS pharmacy because the employees at this pharmacy are just rude and short with you for no reason. I would have never left CVS to begin with, but they didn't expect the insurance that my family had. Thank God that I don't have to deal them anymore.

I was fortunate that there was only 1 car in the drive through when I arrived. At other times there can be 2 long lines of cars and Walgreens only has 1 person assisting. When it really busy it would be good if they have at least 2 people.

Not sure if they even have staff working the drive thru. Been sitting in a line of 8 vehicles for over 30 min haven’t moved yet.

The pharmacy is amazing. Never have any issues with it. But I often go in store to buy non medication things… the past few times I’ve gone they only want you to use the self check out! I haven’t had the best experience with the self checkout when it comes to using coupons and cash. Very disappointed that this CVS has taken this turn. Starting to feel like Walmart. I’ve been coming here for years and this only started about 2 months ago.

They haven't mowed the weeds so far this year the way it looks. All the other businesses near them look very nice. Some weeds are three feet high. And they are on a corner so it really looks bad. I should turn them into the city.

I’ve never had a good experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. They are very slow, it’s always some sort of mishap with my insurance, patient files and medication on their behalf and I have to drive around to get back in the drive-thru.

I will never use big box pharmacies again. Only small local pharmacy for me from now on. I would give 0 stars if I could. Pulled the shade down as he was getting my information.

Pharmacy commits insurance fraud by filling random prescriptions. We haven’t used this pharmacy location since May 2023 because we moved to Florida. However this pharmacy keeps pulling our prescriptions from the Florida location and filling them in OKC. I have told them many times about the issue because I thought it was a glitch. However the Florida Walgreens pharmacist informed me that the NW Expressway location pulled the prescription to fill and the location I have been using can’t help. Therefore this isn’t a glitch but simple fraud being committed at the NW Expressway location. A formal complaint with corporate has been filed and all prescriptions are being transferred to Publix.
Update: Walgreens pharmacy in Sarasota blamed us for the prescription disappearing when the doctor’s office contacted them about the situation instead of repeating what she told me in that the NW Expressway OKC Walgreens pulled the script and she couldn’t do anything to help me. Glad Publix was able to take care of us in an efficient manner. I will never shop at Walgreens again.

This is ridiculous. I was in line to get my wife’s medication since 7:40 PM. The pharmacy drive-through line was long. I pulled up to the window right at 8 o’clock, and they shut the window on me and would not help. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had!
