I think the self check outs are a great ideal but our cashier's are loseing their hours because of them I think instead of cutting our cashier's hours they should eatch one be placed at the self check outs they can help look up fruits and vegetables that some don't no how to do and most importantly help bag the food and help us carry it out, when people push out the carts they just leave them everywhere they don't put them in the cart holders I've even seen carts roll off and hit people's cars and trucks so please I think the cashier's should atleast get to try this instead of cutting their hours they have familiar to feed and a lot of them been there for year's so please consider this it just might be the best thing that will help Wal-Mart and the cashier's thank you , from janice

My local Walmart is always clean and well organized. I love the fast service from the Walmart drive and pickup. Responsive to my suggestions for any improvement!

I am fond of everything about this location except the automotive department. Please choose a different location if you ever need your tire repaired. They will try to convince you that your tire is unrepairable and the warranty doesn't exist. This has happened to me twice at this location. I took my tire to another location and had no problems. Everything else about the store is pretty standard. I will continue to buy groceries and other items from this location but will stay away from the automotive department.

They put self checkouts at both ends. Got rid of most the actual cashiers, yet one side of the self checkouts was closed. Ridiculous.

This Is my favorite Walmart is go 10 miles out of my way to shop at the 23rd store. When we could go 1.2 miles to the closets Walmart but they are dirty and hateful.

Overall a decent store, but like most, usually only 2-3 manned check outs were open. I've found one decent self-checkout that is usually fast and accurate, but I had to settle for a different one this time. I bought a blue shopping bag and five items. Four of the items resulted in "Bagging alert. Unexpected item in bagging area. Remove item." Very frustrating!!

I understand that associates are assigned to certain departments throughout the store and may not know where everything is. However, if a customer asks you where a particular product is or if Walmart even carries it, don't just say "I don't know" and go about your business. Today that happened to me 3 times! Call someone on a Walkie Talkie, phone, anything! Try to at least help. I spent about 30 minutes on a wild goose chase. Then I tried to purchase an outfit that was missing half of the outfit for my daughter. It was the only one left available in her size. So of course I asked for a discount since it was missing the shorts and the manager said $.70 off literally! I was expecting at least $2-3 off. Just saying, this location can use some better service!
