Went to pick up an order I made prior to the day I needed. Was told it was be ready as early as 8AM. I get there early to find out not only was the cake not made but it wouldn’t be made till after 10AM. No phone call was made to me for a heads up. The manager was very disregarding of my feelings towards it & only offered a free cake. I didn’t want a free cake I wanted a cake before noon. Super frustrating & disappointing. Be more communicative with your customers next time.

Went to the bakery section with my kids to order a birthday cake for her,she asked these two ladies if they would guide her how to order one, those two rude ladies completely ignored her and started talking to each other and after we were there for 10 minutes standing there waiting for their conversations to end they left us alone and just walked away from there without any explanation.i still don't know why were treated so badly. this kind of behavior shouldn't be unacceptable.manager needs to take an action ASAP.....we rather do our business with crest instead.and I am not the only one who was treated that way.

Was going to order my daughters birthday cake today but the two bakery employees were too busy laughing with someone on the phone about the message they wanted on their cake. After being told "just one moment" then standing there for 15 minutes while they giggled and chopped it up on the phone I decided Crest is the better option.

1 cashier at a regular checkout (10 carts deep), 1 at a 20 items or less (13 carts deep) both self checkouts, having trouble on either side and you couldn't even count how many carts were in line.

Thanks to assistant manager Paul for helping me return some items today, plus to the young man (Sorry, I forgot his name) for helping me bring it back in the store. Paul went over and above to keep me as a returning Wal-Mart customer. Thanks!

Plenty of parking outside, and once you get inside the store you can tell it's nicely taken care of. There was a mess in the frozen aisle (frozen peas), but it was cleaned up right away. Good selections and fair price on everything I was looking for. The fresh fruits and veggies all look good, the meat department had a good selection and not to forget the deli that has a little bit of everything you would want. Would definitely come back here to shop! As a final note, they even took the time to separately bag my frozen shrimp.

Friday, March 1 at 10:45 am I called and the phone rang for 3 minutes before being answered. Then, when I asked for a manager I was left on hold 10 min before trying again.

Slapping a new sticker on an old pkg of fresh-cut veggies--not cool. The horrible smell permeated the house when we opened the pkg today. The old sticker says it was packed on Nov. 5. The new sticker said it was packed on Nov. 9. That's an outright lie. Do you slap new stickers on your meat that doesn't sell, too? Not good, Crest Foods.

I absolutely love this store! This huge grocery store have a lot of products their produce selection is awesome and the veggies and fruits are always fresh and clean. The meats section is great. I love how clean this store is and how organized it is. This is a great place to do your grocery shopping.

Nice place! Well organized and pretty clean the prices were accurate at the register and the lighting and music were pretty cool. Easy to find stuff and great layout. I had a pleasant experience and will return even though I have a Walmart location closer to the house. Respectfully, Bryan Moore Oklahoma

I can't believe I am reviewing a grocery store. I am blown away by this place. The prices, selection, neatness, cleanliness have impressed me. Every single facet of this place is really top notch.

Large, well stocked, clean, and well located in south Oklahoma City. Best "homemade" pimiento cheese I've had to date. (Find it in the delicatessen section.) Really. Tastes just like my grandmother's pimiento cheese, too, not that awful, sugar-filled that most stores stock in their refrigerated sections and market as genuine. Because the locally owned chain was started by a Lebanese family, I can call the meat department ahead of my next visit and get kibbeh meat and hashwa meat -- that's always a major plus in my book. (Thanks for the reminder, Celia Haddad!) I seldom go south, but always stop in here when I AM in south Oklahoma City. (Don't worry. It's OK. I just had my passport renewed.)

First time trying this Walmart and got FOLLOWED! All around the store and the man even checked out behind me at the self check out. The staff were nice and walked me to my car, but I will NOT be back. The man following me was: Caucasian Dark hair 20-30ish In a black pea coat Carrying a small basket Uh, never again!!

This is the second time in 2 weeks that not even ONE regular checkout lane is open. The line for self checkout is into the clothes with no management in sight. 10 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! It's absolutely ridiculous! You spend hundreds of dollars a month in the store and you're expected to ring up your own groceries - which is just great when you have tons of produce to look up. Management should be fired for letting this store get so bad. We had high hopes when it first opened. Many lanes open and friendly employees who were eager to help. Now it is worse than the typical Walmart.
