This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. I came to the register to use my HSA card and was ignored for about five minutes and then a old lady with drawn on eyebrows came up and told me i could make a full purchase of all my items at the front. I told her i was using my hsa card and she proceeded to say you could do that at the front next time. I just didn’t say anything because people usually stop being rude if you don’t feed into it. I am also 40 years old and know how, when or where to make purchases. She rung up all my items and said i owe $22 (but all my items qualify for HSA). I politely asked which ones do not qualify and she took two items and rung them up and got two small receipts and put them to the side. Then put the cough meds in the bag and handed them to me as if i am done. I then asked do those other ones not qualify? She did not allow me to purchase or choose if i didn’t want the items. I just took my bag and walked away. I would have bought them i was just wondering because i have purchased the same toiletries at the same walmart previously. Her tone and body language was so aggressive and demeaning the entire time. I hope she finds a new job. I take pride in giving respect to everyone unless they do not respect me, she obviously does not share that sentiment, she need a serious customer service lesson. I never felt so small in my life.

There VERY slow & It's hard to get to them. They don't answer the phone most of the time ?? I don't like it. Customer service is Bad too. Don't know what there doing. I have over 25 yrs in customer service. They need to learn it. I had too.

I only wish they had posted their lunch break hours. They are closed for about an hour to hour and a half each day.

Worst Pharmacy with rude pharmacy techs who lie and do not do their job! I encountered three on 11/10/2022 between 10AM to 6PM when I made calls to get my Trulicity refill. Had to put up with this nightmare e to just get my insulin. Someone who cares about customer service needs to to some major cleaning up here!

There out of meditation ALL the time when you try to tell them what one of them said they will mot let you talk ao you start getting loud with them and they tell you this call is over. First you have to stop talking over someone so they can finish what they was saying . Than you may talk. Nope they won't There the boss because they have your meditation.. which they never have

Constantly out of medications, have to make repeated requests when you try to refill them via the app. They claim they are having issues getting them from their suppliers but yet walgreens doesnt have the issues. I can not believe a pharmacy as HUGE as walmart has such HUGE bs excuses! Ridiculous!

Ive been going to the pharmacy for 30 years plus. They text me time to refill my meds and I replied yes and then they text me back will be ready by Friday after 3. So i go there today and not ready. Came back in 20 mins then they told me 38.00 dollars for my meds which with my insurance never over 3 and the lady who works there needs to learn how to shoe customer SERVICE! VERY RUDE she needs yo go

Excellent service— there are several college students working — and they are so attentive and accurate— I believe they have terrific leadership from more experienced employees— it’s great that there is little turn over — nice to see the same faces

I’ve had bad experiences with pharmacies before but this is bad. First they lost the script that was transferred. The doctor called it back in. The pharmacist kept saying he’s never heard of it before. Like this makes any difference. Then he said they don’t have in stock so it will be couple of days. I’ll call you. No call. Finally, Got text it was ready. Went there next morning. It was put back on shelf and now they are out of stock again. It’s been almost a month or longer. It’s ridiculous.
