I’m mentally disabled, I have a lot of issues in normal situations that make me shake uncontrollably. Deborah, the cashier made sure that I had a PTSD episode. I showed up with my items and what they were priced with and used pictures as proof because everything was out of place. Wouldn’t help at all. Worst Walmart that I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience going to. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

So, schedule a Covid vaccine. Then show up early, have to wait in line. Then they claim they have no record. So I have to fill out all the info I already did online. Didn’t have time for all that so had to leave. Then magically get a cancellation for my appointment they said they didn’t have. All the while 5 people are just standing around talking. They just didn’t care to work.

I wish I could leave a -5 star.thank goodness Amazon came out with a pharmacy. I learned that all my medications are suppose to be free and Walmart thought I was crazy when I mentioned that. While I was paying them for my meds, it turns out it was unnecessary. It’s impossible to get help. Everytime you get a new script you are stuck talking to one of the two old pharmacist. Which feels like it last 30 mins, probably does not. They are the reason I went mail order, never have to talk to someone again in trying to get my medicine. It wouldn’t be so bad, but I have monthly medicine I pick up and it is getting to be a lot. I need to find a new local pharmacy. On the other hand, Amazon helps with my transfers, make easy to get my medicine, comes fast in the mail, and much better customer service.

There are very long lines. Almost no one comes to help. There are a bunch of elderly people working. There was elderly person up front that was just staring at the computer not caring about the long line. A Hispanic or Asian lady came from the back and helped me. The other pharmacy workers just ignored the long line. I am very dissatisfied with this pharmacy and will probably never visit again.

Although there are times that I may get aggravated at Walmart for not having all my meds at the same time.... they definitely made up for that yesterday. Erin a pharmacy technician had informed me on my last visit to check into the Latuda savings card. I did and it ended up saving me $65.00. Which annually will be a savings of $780.00. This is information she didn't have to give me but took the time to help me out. To say I'm a satisfied customer would be an understatement. It's a savings anyone would be happy about.

Waited in line for 15 mins to give them my prescription, waited for 45 mins to get the medicine ready (which they said its going to be 30 mins), waited in same line again for 15 mins to pickup and pay. I wasted 3:45pm -5:00pm at here just to get a $10 medicine. Stupid system.

I was told my medications would be ready in 30 minutes, so I waited that time only to be told I can’t pick it up until after another hour. My lunch time was essentially wasted! Terrible customer service. I won’t be back!

The area this Walmart is located in has a lot to do with my review but this is the most ridiculous store I have ever been to. The "security gates" or whatever the hell those things are and the fact soooo much of the merchandise is locked up and/or behind closed cases is sad.

This Walmart is in need of some extreme help. The store needs to be cleaner and it needs to be safer. The staff is a tossup. Sometimes you find someone really nice and sometimes you get someone not so nice. My husband hates coming to this location. It's always a last resort, like if I can't find an item I need desperately at any other Walmart.

This is literally THE WORST Walmart location I have ever been too. So unprofessional, rude and disorganized. I highly recommend you visit any other Walmart.
