I have surgery for my head. I couldn’t read and write for almost 10 years ago. I have to take medicine for seizure every morning and at night. I called a pharmacy neighborhood store at 8:17 pm to see the pharmacist or technician could refill 3 months. I talked him, Brian. he said to me, you can refill on Friday. I can do it on Friday. i called him back but couldn’t talking to him. I just want to talking to him to see their are 3 bottles for me refill it. I went Walmart neighborhood to buy milk. I went to pharmacy store to see the technician could look 3 bottles for me to refill. the technician said to me, you can refill one month. I was mad at her. Brian said to me, you can go different store. I was mad at him. Doctor wrote 2 prescriptions 1 month and 3 months refill. I will never come back Walmart neighborhood again.

The pharmacist is very unprofessional and petty we had a disagreement with her about filling a prescription we desperately needed finally we just paid out of pocket but also told her we wont be back ! Fast forward a couple months my doc put in a script at this walmart and i got a email saying i had a script to pick up so we called and they said they had it but its been sent to Walgreens because of a disagreement that happened the months before ..we never authorized a transfer of meds to go anywhere !!! Im very disappointed in this pharmacy we have been going to them for our medical needs since they opened but they changed employees pharmacy techs and it is not the same ! We will be going elsewhere. The pharmacist needs to reevaluate her career.

This use to be a very good pharmacy they actually cared about the customers, but new pharmacist is there now and she is completely unprofessional she would not fill a prescription cause it was to early even though i explained to her the doctor up the dose and she still argued with me about it so finally i asked if i could pay out of pocket then she said yes! Why couldn't she offer that in the beginning!! I told her we will not be back cause of her then fast forward 2 months later my doc accidentally sent a prescription to this walmart to be filled and i got a notification it was at this walmart so we called asked what exactly is there to be picked up ? And the technician said its not here its been transferred to walgreens .. we never asked to be sent to walgreens! The technician said it was cause of a disagreement we had back 2 months earlier, this new pharmacist is petty and unprofessional she needs to reevaluate her career choice. Now we have to go on a wild goose chase to find which walgreens they transferred this important medication to !

We all have to purchase groceries so it's my preference to shop where I enjoy the experience. I like the feeling that my money is appreciated. This location is clean, well stocked for most items and the customer service is quality. My Walmart go to location for a quick, pleasant shopping trip.

The store is very clean and the employees are so friendly! Everyone is wearing masks and the staff is cleaning all the time and everywhere. I also appreciate how helpful the pharmacy staff is.

It's definitely changed management, it has come up a lot from when they first opened. The only reason I can't do the 5 stars is because 9/9 times I've came here they do not have any rotisserie's ready. Even today she said it would be another 40 mins.

Juanita in customer service should have more stars!. She went above and beyond to help me with a return from an online order and she even was clocked out to go home but stayed to help me get it resolved. After several calls and on hold she was finally able to get someone from another store to listen and help. Thank you so very much Juanita!
