If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional staff. My assigned agent refused to help me and apparently no one else is allowed to help. Upon request of a supervisor to resolve my request, the supervisor is somehow always in a meeting and the agent tells me my only option is to deal with my assigned agent. 100% would not recommend to not a single soul not even my worst enemy. Completely ridiculous.

I've been search my online Weokie account for 15 minutes without success attempting to find my recent checking account transactions. Why is this so difficult? I should have easy access to this info. Everything else is ok.

This is truly one of the best credit unions in Moore! The staff is extremely friendly, and they are efficient with helping members and nonmembers with what they need. I’m proud to call WEOKIE my credit union!

Closing my account. I don't see the purpose of having an account with an institution that makes a pain every transaction. They will keep your money hostage for no reason. Hope this institution collapses just like many others are....

I came in close to closing time and needed help with my account. Cathy McKamie really helped me out especially by informing of what I needed to do step by step, and was incredibly polite while helping me quickly with my issue at each step. The staff seemed to me to be well organized and helpful. This made for a very efficient and pleasant experience.

Attitude much! After sitting at the drive thru for well over 5 minutes and no response whatsoever, I push the call button to inquire how much longer it was gonna take because I still have to get to work. The response was, “well, I’m helping someone else right now and it’s gonna take as long as it’s gonna take”. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
