As a Weokie customer, for many years, I have always received service from kind and helpful employees.Recently, I faced a situation which posed catastrophic consequences for me as a disabled, elderly woman with limited income and a precarious living situation.On Wednesday 12/27/23, I spoke with Precious Kamba, a counselor, at the North Penn branch. She was professional and extremely patient with me. I was panicked and fearful of dire consequences which would ensue if I did not receive help.Ms. Kamba assured me she would do her best to help and contact me the next day after the situation was reviewed at a higher level.Ms. Kamba was true to her word as well as her first name of Precious. She called me on Thursday 12/28/23 and told me a favorable decision had been made.Even if the decision had been unfavorable, Ms. Kamba would still deserve recognition for her professionalism and helpful attitude.I applaud Ms. Kamba for helping me sustain my faith in people and Weokie as a service-oriented organization!As a long-term customer, I urge you to consider Weokie for your financial accounts.Weokie's customer care sets the standard for going beyond the second mile!

After a banking holiday, they only have 1 person working, besides tellers….I walked out of branch, and another older couple walked out as well…Terrible service!!!!!

My husband and I have been members of the credit union for nearly 20 years. We have had loans in the past with them. We contacted Weokie to get a truck loan. The lady we spoke with was very condescending and treated us like we were worthless and was not worthy to get a loan. Since this is the way they want to treat their long term members, we are going to pull our money and go to another bank that will not treat us like pond scum.

Reyna Sporn she assisted us with some documents we needed in short notice. Absolutely loved her efficiency and kindness!! She has customer service down to a T!!

I just lost my job! lost my ATM card! I will tell I had the worst day in my life. But whenever I went to Weokie and Jason, help me like he just smiled and help me that's all he did he got he got me great he got my card. He got my card got it to me within 24 hours. That is amazing. I am a man of many words, but I will text say that I said that I was going to give him a review a good one because I need to keep I do on staff, Jason and Weokie on Pennsylvania whatever yeah keep him.

Had just opened an account yesterday, and EVERYONE was super nice! Bonnie did amazing, got us taken care of pretty quickly as well! I would recommend if anyone opens an account here, ask for Bonnie! You won’t regret it. (:

Everytime I come here they are very friendly and helpful. Love this location. I usually always go through the drive thru, and Jason chimes in with my cheesy jokes, along with great customer service.

Even though Weokie’s account holders authorized funds to be released to me by check, Weokie won’t cash checks without skimming $5 off each check.That’s so petty to treat your account holder’s clients like this. Shame on this company. My bank treats me and my clients better than this. If my bank refused to release funds to whomever I authorized, I’d drop my account. But I don’t have an account with Weokie and never would. I don’t recommend you do either.I expect the management will put some flowery response below. But they don’t really care about this issue. They’ll just be looking to save face online. Nope, They need their extra FIVE DOLLARS to punish non-account holders.

thank you so much to WFCU! my experience was great! I communicated with Shirley Hair via email & phone and she made my auto loan approval a breeze! once everything was ready I went to the North Penn location to pickup the check and it was a very quick and pleasant experience with the branch manager & the lovely employees!

What a pleasant experience! The branch was very busy, but Lexi greeted us immediately and was so friendly and helpful. She really made us feel as if our needs were her only priority. It’s so refreshing to have someone actually make eye contact while they listen to you. Lexi did just that, and all with a genuine smile! Great customer care all the way around!

Whenever,I visit the North Penn Office, Kenduall is always happy, professional, very helpful,very knowledgeable,courteous and friendly. Makes you feel like you've known him forever and puts you at ease. That's what great service is all about and keeps me coming back. The whole office staff there is very professional and friendly. Keep up the great work. They deserve a raise.
