My family and I have been doing business with Walgreens pharmacy for a while now, and I would recommend it to everyone in Oklahoma city. The people that work there are great, and I believe you can find the medical products for whatever needs you have, they are open later than others, and I believe they are great people who work there.

In line before 1:30. I have waited weeks for a prescription that is necessary. I even express paid, just to have them send me away at 1:31. Walgreens in general is a disgrace, this location is no better.

The people are really nice-- but I wouldn't come here for a prescription or a vaccine. I waited fifty minutes past my appointment for the flu shot and a person who came and checked in after me got theirs first. They stay pretty busy here, and it takes me half an hour minimum to get my prescription most times. They are just too busy / too low staffed.

This Walgreens is terrible. The staff is totally unhelpful. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. If you're picking up from photo they will straight up ignore you.

Waited in drive through more than an hour on 3 different occasions trying to pick up meds. By the time you give up and decide to try inside, they put it back or never fill or fill the wrong prescription. Barely trained staff at 5:00 and yet when you're annoyed, you're the bad guy? I too have worked throughout the pandemic. I too am tired and certainly wouldn't be there if not necessary. FINALLY, some one tried to help, but by the time you suffer the lesser, one just runs out of patience. Why do I the customer, have to bear on you to do your job satisfactorily? Tired of corporate failure. This is what killed the corner drug store? You are failing MISERABLY!! UPDATE: Randy, Store Manager 5/23/2022 "Calling corporate only funnels back to me". So, does that mean corporate does NOTHING??? Can't see the forest for the trees. GROSS INCOMPETENCE!!

I never leave reviews, but this is the worst, most inefficient pharmacy I have ever used, with the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever interacted with. It is a pattern of mismanagement, not a few isolated events. I know this because I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now - truly no idea how I have managed to stick it out this long, but I will be switching immediately. Where to start... For several months, I kept feeling like I was short on my Vyvanse pills / running out before the month was over, thought I was going crazy. I finally counted this past month and I had 20 out of 30 pills that were supposed to be in there. When I spoke to the pharmacist they told me that "things get stressful back here" and that they had miscounted. I said I wasn't missing a pill or two, this was 10 pills... they were rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Vyvanse is $250+ even with insurance, so missing 10 pills is a huge deal. Honestly sketchy. I truly wonder if someone was pocketing and selling those pills. I'm also on Accutane - for those who don't know, you have to get labs / blood work / pregnancy tests done every month in order to get this prescription filled, and once you get those done, you have a 5 day window to pick up the prescription. If it is not picked up during this window, you have to do all those labs again (which cost money). I called this Walgreen's on the first day of my prescription window - they said they were out of stock, it'd be there the next day... then the next day... then the next day. My prescription window ends tomorrow, it's still not in stock, I've had to call 7 times now to ask about it. When I call I am always treated so rudely, no matter who picks up the phone. The pharmacists cut me off and talk over me, don't allow me to finish my sentences before they put me on hold... They act like I am the problem when the problem is that they have not been able to fill a prescription I need over the duration of a 5 day prescription window. When I told them I'll have to do and pay for all of my labs again if they cannot fill it for me before tomorrow, they did not seem to care. I have so many stories about this Walgreen's I don't even feel like writing them all down. I have never been so infuriated in my life. Avoid at all costs.

I've been going here for 20 years. Service has always been great when Pedro left pharmacy tech service went down. The managers come and go. I encountered 1 belligerent one ( short stout covered in tattooed) a few back . It was very late closing time as I tried to bring my lil chihuahua in late with my daughter holding her. I went down the isle looking for said item and it was blocked an a mess. I had to ask this woman that has been rude just standing there twiddling her thumbs for help. Mandy was one of the nicest workers and she quit I can see why. The most helpful pharmacist is Tran she is on top of everything. The hours vary so much they need to be more consistent.The redhead girl has the personality of a rock and doesn't seem helpful and will barely speak. I wish I had more positive things to say.

Staffing is difficult for everyone but it's not an excuse anymore. Recruit people, manage them and reward them and they will stay with you. I'm not sure this store even qualifies as open.

I have been using this specific pharmacy for over 10 years. Until January '22, it was pretty much a dream. That, however, has disappeared. ive Been trying for two weeks to get my anti-depressant refilled. Two trips I made, the pharm was closed due to scheduling problems. I switched to direct mail delivery to circumvent that. I've received so many conflicting delivery messages. Went to the pharmacy to talk to a human, and she checked the fedex website and promised me it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. I went back to the pharmacy and got an emergency dosage (3 capsules) and another promise that my order would be delivered today. I checked the fedex site and it proclaimed that my scrip was delivered at 2:59 this afternoon. it absolutely was not. This is inexcusable. I will be changing pharmacies.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. They tell you on the phone a script is ready, but when you get there its another 20 minutes... They close a 24/7 store at 10pm without any warning to the customers except small signs on the front doors while many use the drive thru in back. They tell you they don't have stock on a certain script that was on Automatic order, but never ordered by Walgreens even when it was 60 days overdue to fill. Then they tell you to call another Walgreens pharmacy to get it... CVS just got a big vote in the plus column!!!

I wish I could give less stars. These guys always have a problem. I've stayed on hold trying to see if they got my script, when they did not pick up after an hour I simply went to the store. By the time I got there, they said they did not get my script despite me verifying twice with my doctor that I know personally who had sent it in. Just a pathetic pharmacy with no emotion or caring for patients who are sick. AVOID this place as this is the fourth time this is happened and there will not be a fifth.

Ya know. I'm not one to leave reviews for a drugstore but I gotta warn the masses. This pharmacy is slow as molasses. You will need to wait upwards of 40 min. Plan accordingly.

Singularly the worst Walgreens I have ever . The pharmacy staff is always miserable and often rude. I'm sitting here trying to get two vaccines and to say I'm an inconvenience is an understatement. After this experience I will be finding another pharmacy.

This is a pharmacy related review only. The drive through always has the longest lines, and they are often short with you. I've called before to check on a prescription and been told it's ready, then waited (20+ min) in the drive through to find out they are out of stock. Really?? If you can go to a different pharmacy, do it.
