They knew exactly what i was talking about....but they don't carry jewelry loupes. Another store would have given me a little song and dance.... rather than just say..... "We don't carry that item". I don't have any problems with this store.

I expected them to have a large assortment of tools ? like the previous Company, but it is not as stocked and the prices of some products ? are a little more expensive. The place is larger [and cleaner], its parking is comfortable.
