Huge shout-out to the AT&T store in Okmulgee, and an even bigger shout-out to Jade! She was like a tech wizard, turning my son's phone issues into dust with a flick of her wand (or maybe it was just her expertise). Jade was patient and super friendly, making the whole process fun and easy. If you're ever in need of a phone upgrade, go see Jade—she's the real MVP!

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store in Okmulgee! The staff was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my grandma with getting a new phone. They made sure she understood all the features and even helped transfer her contacts. Their friendly and professional service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this store for excellent customer service!

There was two employees in the store at the time I came in. One was with a customer the other looked like she was cleaning or setting up displays. Another customer (white female) comes in and the one that was cleaning stopped immediately and grabbed her iPad and began to assist her. I had been waiting patiently. Then she heard me speaking with the agent that had finished with her customer and stated "I didn't mean to disrespect you by not waiting on you", I stated that she did and left it that way. This is not the first time this has happened to me in that store. It's disheartening that prejudice had been displayed at the Okmulgee store.

While the AT&T store meets my communication needs well, I can't help but mention the somewhat disappointing customer service. The employees, unfortunately, come off as a bit snobby.Efficient Services:The store carries a comprehensive selection of products and services, ensuring that I find everything I need for my communication requirements. The efficiency in catering to customer needs is commendable.Snobby Atmosphere: Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere within the store is marked by an air of snobbiness from some employees. It can be off-putting and makes the customer service experience less enjoyable.Knowledgeable Yet Distant: The staff appears knowledgeable about the products, but the communication lacks warmth. Interactions felt transactional, and there was a noticeable lack of genuine engagement.Clean and Organized: On a positive note, the store maintains a clean and organized appearance. Navigating through the products and services is easy, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment.In conclusion, while the AT&T store adequately fulfills my needs, the snobbish attitude of some employees leaves room for improvement in the overall customer experience. A more customer-centric approach would undoubtedly enhance the store's appeal.

I had an amazing experience at the ATT store in Okmulgee, OK. I needed help transferring the data on our old phones to our new phones. The employee who helped me was named KIA. She transferred the data and she couldn’t have been more friendly! I highly recommend her and this store!!
