Okmulgee AutoZone is real famous for sending refunds back to to visa cards that people don't even possess. Plus I payed cash for the return items. And still got fixed into a electronic refund. How's that work. Then the employees play dumb. Like they don't know how to fix it.

This AutoZone recently became my angels on earth when my car’s alternator died. Jason G, Joe, and Edward went above and beyond to help me. They performed a diagnostics for free, found the alternator I needed THEN called around and found a place to work me in. They knew I was on my way to Texas and needed serious help. When my car didn’t make it exactly to the repair shop, Jason G assisted the two mechanics and pushed my car across 2 lanes of oncoming traffic and into the bay. AutoZone in Okmulgee is the best!! There are not enough stars to express my rating!!!

A young man named Jason Gregory helped me today. I was looking for a 2 and a half ton floor jack. Jason helped me find the one I needed with specific lifting needs. He noticed I had a firefighter hat on and told me about their soldier and first responder discounts. I had told Jason about having to retire with only 28 years because of a neck injury I sustained at a fire scene, and that I wasn't supposed to lift heavy objects. Jason was kind enough to carry my new floor jack to my vehicle. He was a very helpful and thoughtful employee, and I'll definitely be shopping at their store again! ?
