Went in sunday morning September 29th around 11AM filled my gas tank up $42 . Went in the store to get ice for my yeti cup, was a white young guy working behind the counter talking to two white young lady’s laughing having a joyful conversation.
I went to the fountain machine to get ice and add some water. I then went to the counter to pay
I asked how much $ for the cup of ice
The guy behind the counter said “you got soda”
I told the guy “no it’s ice with water”.
The cashier said I heard the soda machine click on.
By this time there where several customers behind me. I seen the guy name tag “Nick”, I said “ Nick I don’t have to lie to you about ice soda or water, It’s ice with water..
Nick said “ I know it’s soda”.
By this time a customer behind me said “wow.”
I then told Nick again “ I don’t have lie to you young man about what I got, it freaking ice and water” .
Nick then said “ i know what I heard and it was the soda machine”.
I then said “Nick you still calling me a liar”.?
Nick said “well”.
I then open my lid showed Nick it was water with ice .
Nick then said “I like your watch”.?
I then asked Nick a second time “ how much $ for the ice
Nick said” it’s a $1.00.
I asked. Nick “ if a soda with ice is $1.00
you charging me the same for a cup that belongs to me with only ice and no soda cost the same amount .
Nick looked at me then smiled and said “well 65cents”
Mean while I’ve seen people
fill up there ice chest and walk out to his boats work trucks without being charged..
make it make it make since.?
I paid the .65cent Nick said it cost and walked out.
After calling me a liar in front of other customer.
The. Minimum he could of done was apologize with that same energy he called me a liar with. Nope
No apology
Even better yet “ sir I apologize the ice is on me”””

Took nearly 30 minutes to pump 3/4 of a tank of fuel and then it the pump didn’t shut off spilling fuel on the ground. Called the store to tel them but waited on hold for over 10 minutes and nobody ever picked up. Last time I tried to by fuel here the pump wouldn’t turn on. I used two different cards, both approved, but the pump wouldn’t turn on. Half the time I’ve gone in the store the employees are more focused on chatting than helping the customers. This store desperately needs to get it’s pumps fixed and get it together.

The cashier told me she was too busy to count the change I had. I paid what I had in paper money for gas, Gatorade, and ice. Change was all I had, last time I checked all legal money is usable. I come here quite often, unacceptable

Little old woman in the back is extremely rude...i informed her they were out of straws and she tells me to go to the front counter and gets all huffy with me saying "what" like im supposed to do her job and then stares me down like im am idiot. I left my items and left the store. This was 8 am on jul 2

I believe this Casey's needs to shut down completely for about a week fix their computer issues that it seems like they have almost every week if they're going to be 24 hours every time I come here they're always down registers down or can't take credit cards or can't do this can't do that this is pretty sad

They have 3 people working and none of them are cleaning the restroom. They had all the bathrooms blocked off so no one can use the restroom. My kid had an emergency and couldn't even use the restroom. The workers there at night act like they don't care about their job and just wear sunglasses at night like they just got high and they are trying to hide their eyes.

An excellent place to stop for gas or food. The staff are all very nice, and helpful of our have any questions. The location is incredibly clean. The various options for food are also a huge bonus. And it's conveniently located so getting gas also allows for an easy trip to go grocery shopping, or shopping at various other stores which makes it a great place to pick ?

6 days out of 7 they have every single pump bagged and out of order. I'd really like to be able to know that when I leave my house 20 minutes away I won't get to the gas station all to find out the E-85 pump isn't working. Fix the pumps or shut your doors. This place is useless and irrelevant at this point.

This place is horrible! Gas pumps never work and employees are just rude not to mention bathrooms are always closed and over priced food! I wanted to give 0 stars but wasn’t an option ?

This place is horrible, the food tastes nasty sandwich was dry.the wraps was so bad my dog wouldn't eat it.I bought milk duds and they was all melted together. Beef jerky tasted like rat meet, but the chips was good. And I guess the gas prices are good too. Good thing Keith Lee didn't stop by because this place would fail. (Food wise)
