I buy 2 or 3 vehicles a year for our company. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No pressure. They did not try to pressure me into extra warranties. No fees. I was running short on time, and they had me swing by to sign paperwork after I decided on the vehicle - it took no more than 15 minutes. I would recommend John Harlan as a salesmen. He wants you to pick the vehicle that is right for you; whether it his on his lot or not. He will not pressure you into a car just to try and make a sale. I will absolutely work with him again.

Great experience at Harlem Ford.I went just to look around. Well, out comes a sales person, to greet me, who was very friendly, patient, later finding out how compassionate she was about helping me to show me and explain everything about that I had in mind. I test drove only two vehicles and ended purchasing the 2nd. After I had explained what I was looking for, with her experience, knowledge, patience, and compassion she has for the customers, she lead me in the right direction of what is was looking fin a vehicle. She was off work the next day, she was still communicating with me while on her day off. She made purchasing a vehicle soooo much easier, and less stressful.
