I have banked here for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. I mainly use the drive through facility and the staff and management have always been friendly, professional and on point! We have also had several loans here and the experience is always a pleasant one. Give them a look, you won't be sorry.

The only advantage a bank like this has is customer service. The last time my landlord was deployed, I was able to deposit my rent checks so he could access the money quickly. This time, however, it is a no go. The glee, coming off the lady at the first desk, as she told me I couldn't, was absolutely disgusting. Way to support active duty troops and make their deployment as easy as possible? I say go down the street to Arvest. Much better customer service and many more branches for your convenience.
