It was a horrible experience. Customer service was lacking. my nails are uneven. The paint is all over my fingers, and it’s very blotchy.

I went and got a full set a couple of weeks ago. The woman that did my nails argues with me about how long I wanted them saying I would break them….2 weeks later they are still strong. With that said she failed short of doing a great old job. She hurt me while filing and did not fully file the edges. I love this place but the next time I go I will have the man that previously did my nails work on them next time.

I have never had a pedi and the tech NOT ask if I wanted nails cut. She cut them off practically. Extremely short!
Was on the phone w her earbuds, perhaps wasn't paying attention.
Water cold from the beginning... did not ask if warm enough etc.
Soaked, soaked towel ... uncomfortable & cold outside, so not relaxing/good feel. Never had a towel so wet w all other pedis.
Messy- polish on skin. I HAD TO ASK HER TO CLEAN IT UP.
Light went off & she's not around. I wait a bit finally move it myself, try to get the polish off my skin, & she walks over. No scrub on shins/lower legs.
Just not a good job overall. Frustrating!

Went to get 2 nails fixed and went ahead and agreed for a new fill. Didn't even make it home and polish was bubbled. Then 30 minutes later came off. Then another nail.. and another. And another... I payed the full fill amount and tip. Would not recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! they was extremely rude and the worse pedicure i have ever gotten. there are bugs in the floor and the whole place smells. definitely won’t be back. the utensils were not sterilized nor clean. worst place i’ve ever gone.

I went in got a pedi and they were very rude to begin with Waited a hour in my car for my friend to get her nails finished after mine and as I got out my toe bumped the car and the polish slid right off it never dried. after I told them this isn’t right the polish has to be old because after an hour it still was sticky and gummy feeling.they said it was normal when it’s not. I let them go ahead and repaint since there was no refunds worried that the same thing would happen, and it did 5 hours later it rubbed right off while taking a shower. I called and let them know the next morning and asked for a refund they told me no. I said I am reviewing them and he said nobody will believe you. So heads up this place is bad business!! Go to Angels instead they fixed it and the polish was dry in no time!Service: Pedicures
