I took my step mom there today and it was not a good experience for either one of us. The lady had her sit down and put her feet up and she walked away. A few minutes later she poked her head around the corner and said put her feet in the water which we did. I had been quoted $30 the day before which included pedicure, leg and foot massage, both lotioned and nails painted. At appointment the lady started saying $60 nails bad and when I repeated $60? She said yes nails bad. Well yes my step mom is almost 79 and unable to cut them herself which I usually did for her but I'm not a nail person so I did the basic toenail clipping. We agreed to the $60 thinking it included everything the $30 included and to our surprise she didn't do any of that. She repeatedly told me I need to bring her in once a month because she is old and can't do her own. That's none of her business not to mention we are 45 minutes away. I won't bring her back. I went to get a few things in Walmart so I wouldn't say something ugly and I can say a lot more but this hits the main point.

On their posted hours on Sunday said they would open at 11am. So I waited for an hour,and they still were not open

Went there yesterday to get a manicure at 10:30 no one was there did some shopping still not open at11:30 so brought me a small manicure and polish save me $45 went there 3 weeks ago says open at 9 opened at 10 and was very rude will not be going back.

Stopped in here because I needed a pedicure and was already at Walmart. Nobody was in the except the one lady. She put me in a chair and I waited for atleast 30 mins. Water got cold. Some people walked in and wanted nails. They started doing the nails and left me sitting there! When it was finally my turn it was awful! My toes are so sore. That never happens at my usual place in tulsa. I paid for $40 for sore toes and not a very good paint job. I didn't get a massage or anything. I pay $35 in tulsa and get the works. Hot stone massage, hot towels long massage . Scrub on legs and feet. What I just got was not worth $40!!

My mother, sister and me all got our nails done here. The lady was older and VERY RUDE. I have never had anyone be so rude and rough and burned by fingers by shoving my hands under the heat lamp. Wanted a basic French manicure and she put the acrylic on right after putting the nails on and then cut them after and barely filed them and the nails were jagged. Told her I needed them fixed after she said they were done. She caught an attitude and fixed that then told her the glue was all over my fingers she started talking aggressively about how that's just how a new set of nails are. NOT FOR ACRYLIC NAILS IF DONE RIGHT AND I AM PAYING $45 BUCKS FOR. DO NOT COME HERE. MY SISTER PAID FOR A SET AND THEY PUT CLEAR ACRYLIC ON AND THEN PAINTED WITH REGULAR POLISH OVER IT. I have NEVER BEEN to a salon who treated me in such a way. Not worth the money. Go elsewhere!

Was horrid.! Will NEVER go back here!! She was 20 min late and screamed in her earphone arguing with someone. I was fixing to leave. I told her wasn’t going to listen to her screaming and arguing. She said sorry but the silence only lasted long enough for her to take a breath.Service: Manicure

Horrible experience. She was rude, unfriendly, very rough. Nothing relaxing about this place. One of my toes got smudged when she made me put my shoes back on and to “fix it” all she did was plop more polish on it and left an unpolished spot on it. It looks terrible. I asked her if she was going to leave it like this and she said “yes.” I did not leave her a tip. She seems like an angry, aggressive person. I suggest you avoid this place at all costs! i NEVER get what i ask for, i asked for dip nails and she always makes me get gel acrylics
edit since i seem to not be able to reply: i was crying when she PAINTED my nails and when i told her several times i wanted the dip, she actually yelled at me while i was crying in front of other customers. my business has been here two years too long, i will NEVER use this place again.

my sister and i went today. i got a pedicure and she got acrylics. there was only one person working. she had me sit in the chair with the water and the water was cold while she did my sisters nails. i would’ve been perfectly fine waiting and getting warm water. anyways, when she did my pedicure she was rushing and there wasn’t even anyone else there. she was harsh on my toenails. (surprised i didn’t bleed)she didn’t speak to me. she didn’t add lotion or anything nice like any other place i’ve been too and the only reason i’m complaining on that part is bc it was 40 dollars. another thing is when i got home there was still dead skin and dirt just on my foot. (not worth it at all) so no i don’t recommend this place.

A friend of mine used this place so I thought it would be fine. From the moment I entered the store the person was rude. I wanted a pedicure with and manicure. She set me in the chair and I told her the water was too hot she said my feet would adjust. She left me in the store and came back in a few minutes. She argued with me about my toes. I asked if she could do powder, she took a look and told me my toes were too bad and she couldn't do powder. She said she would do manicure but wouldn't do what I asked on my nails. We argued and I told her I would go to my salon in Tulsa where they do a great job and do what I want. She said, "Fine, go!" So I left without getting any work done. I have an appointment in Tulsa tomorrow. If you don't have the skills to work on someone, simply admit that you don't need to be rude.

Extremely rude, lack of customer service and professionalism. I just needed my nails soaked off. Which requires minimal attention, literally put the solution into a bowl and wait for the acrylic to break down. Anyways, I asked how much, she replied $10, and then turned back to rubbing the ladies foot and didn't say anything else. So I broke the silence and said okay, I would like to have my nails soaked off. She replied "I don't have time". No alternative was given. I've been to numerous nail salons and multitasking is a very important part. This location only had 2 people in the salon to receive services, sitting in the pedicure chairs, one being worked on and the other soaking her feet in the water and using the massage on the chair. So I think I was just denied service because it wasn't worth her while.

I came in on 6 November 2021 Saturday I got a full set acrylic with shellac polish and my nails already look like they need to fill I came in today Monday and she sat there and screamed and yelled at me and told me that nothing was wrong with my nails the worst service ever Please save your money and have your children do it or your baby niece or somebody because going to this place you will have a way worse job on your nails
