I just had a really weird interaction with a "manager." I came in to rent a (rent me) trailer. I checked the lot first to be sure it was there. I went in and asked the cashier they said sure and sent me to the service desk. Cool, everything is going normal. I rent these a lot.
I asked the manager about renting the trailer, and the managers face got weird. ? First, he said, " Oh, we don't rent those trailers."
So I said, "Yeah, I didn't mean the for sale trailers. I ment the one with the huge sign on it that says (rent me)"
He then says, "We don't have one anymore it was destroyed."
"Okay, there is one labeled that in the parking lot."
He says, "That one is new it's not available. It's not registered."
"Okay, I will leave then?"
Questions? Who and why would you put signs showing it for rent, knowing it was unavailable? Why not say that first thing rather than act like I was trying to rent literal merchandise you have for sale?
Not gonna lie, this came off VERY, "No, I don't want to rent it to you."
Very uncomfortable. Uhaul is cheaper and doesn't mind that I am a younger female. ?♀️

I needed a spindle assembly and some new blades for my ridding lawn mower. I brought the old parts in, and Mike went above and beyond to measure everything to make sure that the parts he had on hand, would fit my mower. I found out right before I left, that he is the assistant manager. It's obvious why he has that title. The parts all fit. Thank you Mike in Okmulgee for all your assistance!

I would like to give a big Thank You to to crew at the Okmulgee location who helped a stranded lady friend of mine last night. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get her out of a tight spot. I am a loyal Tractor Supply customer and their crews are always top notch. I am not sure if the cashier was rushing or just dumb.
Double scanned my item and then preceded to tell me it didn't.
Also, idk if she could not type my phone number correctly or just decided to assume I have a 918 number.
I haven't had an issues any other time.
Manager seemed good so I added a star.

I’ve been to a lot of these TSC and really like the ones in okmulgee and Shawnee. The bathrooms in both of these are super clean. I enjoy the personnel in both as they’re always happy and super helpful. I feel welcome regardless of the day/night or whether it’s busy or not. Keep up the great work.
