We're new to Okmulgee. I called our local Post Office and was unable to get through, but surprisingly, a nice gentleman (forgive me for not remembering your name!), called me back! That is not something I would've expected, as I came from over 20 years in Tulsa. And in Tulsa, that doesn't happen. (Not that we didn't love our former Post Office!) He worked with me to sort out my issue and was very nice and fun to talk with. Thank you so much for your help. I love it here and now I know we have an awesome local Post Office with awesome folks managing it!

The people were amazing and helpful, the place was clean, but the inside was extremely hot and was difficult to withstand.

Every time that I go in to get a package that hasn't yet been delivered to my house, they always go search for it, and are very professional and kind. Very good service all the time.

A great experience. I wish I had caught his name, but a man helped me with mailing my sister something and went the extra mile to make sure it was secure. He was so friendly and helpful!

A very nice post office built in 1932. Still in good shape and kept very clean. The people here do a great job keep up the good work.

A couple packages weren’t delivered so we called the post office to see what happened. The person we talked to found all our packages and personally delivered them 30 mins after the phone call. Christmas time is stressful for all and they went out of their way to make sure we got our stuff. Thank you!

My Dr & clinic sent my critical medication to Glenpool, OK on 4/15...IT SAT IN THE OKMULGEE USPS FACILITY FOR 4 DAYS!@!!! My clinic pharmacy & I tracked it there. It finally left that facility on the night of 4/19. Tracking n automated annoying USPS system states now to be delivered 4/22, Thursday. That's 9 days for what a 25-30 mi. drive. And like other customers, you are only allowed access to that annoying automated system..no one to complain to or get an explanation on such an inexcusable delay. Gives the word postal understanding.

They refuse to deliver packages and standard mail to my house unless I call several day in a row. When they do deliver it, they do it in the rain and put packages and mail labeled to be important tax documents alike in a puddle of water rather than through the mail slot...
