Called Walgreens on 9000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in OKC bc it's closer in my commute to work. A simple refill. Waited 30 minutes. Got 1 person who then placed me on hold for about 5 more minutes before hanging up. Called back..waited..hung up again. Realized I will just have to call Walgreens on Shawnee Mall Drive which is 25 minutes opposite direction from where I live but hey at least I knew Shawnee Mall Drive location would speak with me when all that was required was the refill number already entered. Yes, they are short of staff everywhere. Yes I am in healthcare and I realize how difficult it is. But I will STILL be calling the one on Pennsylvania Avenue. I'm not going away. It has become a vendetta now. ?

Be watchful if you use walgreens to deposit money in any of your accounts. If it is over 2 or 3 hundred....they scan your id....get your address...ask tons of questions etc....they say it is to stop scams. Well it's deposit money not taking out. Don't know what scams they are talking about but if someone wants to deposit money in my account for free. Then sign me up for that scam! I have to believe the real scam is walgreens taking all your personal information...which they have no need for unless they are selling the information. So who is really scamming people. No other place ask this kind if information to deposit money. If they want to stop scams they should check ID of people using their cards to buy stuff....but they don't check their ID. So they are truly not trying to stop scammers. I am taking all my business elsewhere.

Went in for a few items. My husband found an open box of cards so of course he wants to make sure everything is in there before purchasing.. The associate I use to work with at a diffent store called her manager over because she thought my husband was stealing. Then we proceeded to the check out where I hear the manager tell the cashier we had stole something. I'll be contacting attorneys over this one.

Poooooooor pharmacy service . One of many reasons why it’s poor service is one time we Waited in line for a good 30 mins for them to put the sign up on us so they can go on break . Don’t recommend , even my dr doesn’t recommend this location …

They don't even deserve the tip of a star, mainly the pharmacy. It's absolutely horrible service. Would recommend driving out of town for better service.

this walgreens absolutely SUCKS they are so lazy the bathrooms are always dirty they never answer the phone i was on the line waiting for someone to answer for 45 minutes that’s HORRIBLE get better staff, and teach them to not be lazy

This is the worst pharmacy I've been to. They are closed more than they are open and for days at a time. There seems to be an ongoing staffing problem which means today they are open until 6pm instead of 9pm. They continously put you on hold when you need to talk to someone about your medication. I'm finding another pharmacy that is not Walgreens.

Only one pharmacist works at this location and their system has messed up my prescriptions multiple times to the point that my insurance company has to explain to them their own system to get it corrected absolutely a joke I never will never use them again.
