Friendly staff. Worst service I could have ever imagined. My new tractor was in shop most of the 2021 growing season due to repeated staff mistakes and ordering the wrong parts without actually finding the problem FIRST. Then service staff caused new failures. AND I was charged $900 for a 50 hour, $300 fluids change. I'll never go back.

I did not have a good experience with just trying to get prices, and place a parts order for my mower. I was looking for help deciding on buying a used Bush Hog mower that needed a few parts. I wanted to know what the parts would cost before I decided to buy it. I contacted the store by phone and spoke to a parts guy named Justin. After a description of the mower, and a small list of needed parts, (I.E. Spindle, Belt, Blades). I was given a few prices. I told him that when I knew more about what I needed I would call back, because this was an older mower and I would probably need additional parts. Justin suggested that I speak to another guy named Mike (who was very helpful and provided value of the mower). I decided to buy the mower and was able to put together an additional list of parts. A couple days later on Monday, I called with a list of parts to add to the order that was started by Justin. However, I did not get to speak to Justin, so had to start over with another guy. After he had the list of additional parts (Belt shields, Anti-Scalp wheel assembly, front caster tire, discharge chute assembly, etc.). I was told that he would have to do do some checking, and would call me back back with pricing. I gave my number, and confirmed that and I could place the order over the phone. Well...I did not receive a call back, so I called a few days later. I was told the parts guys were at another store and would have to call me back. OK, I will have to wait again. Then a couple days later, still no call back. So I called again, Now Friday, and again spoke to Mike. He was very nice, and explained that the parts guys were again at the other store, but they would call me back that day. Again nothing, so I called one last time, now its Saturday, and I know the store is CLOSED on Sunday. I was able to speak to one of the guys in parts, but he proceeded to tell me that all prices were given to me by the first guy I talked to. That was INCORRECT!!! I have been waiting for a week on someone from parts to call me back with pricing on the additional parts and place the order. I am very confused and frustrated. At this point, I have waited long enough. I chose to give the business to a local dealer in my area, but now, I will have find another place to order parts. I fully understand that everybody gets busy, and sometimes things are lost and we have to start over. I just feel like the guys in parts could have been more helpful and communicate better and follow up. Very Disappointed with the customer service in the parts department. I will look elsewhere for a Bush Hog Dealer.As a follow up to my review:I received a call from Four Seasons, about a half hour after posting this review. The parts department apologized for the miscommunication, and would like to have another chance to look up the parts I need and earn my business. I told him I appreciate his call, and the apology, but I have already started looking for parts with another source. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, so I will consider using Four Seasons again. Thank you for the communication.

I had my mower picked up by 4 Seasons in early May, after issues with the motor (it took them about 4 weeks to come get the mower after being told they would on this day or they got too busy they will be out first thing this day), The mower was under the Opti 4 warranty and should have been able to be replaced due to the extra warranty we purchased with the mower. However, after many calls to 4 Seasons (since they do not call me back or call me with information) I still do not have my mower back and each time I call and actually get someone its like I am a bother and not worth their time not to mention I have yet to get any answers on when the mower will be ready. To be clear I always get the same person to talk to or if I don't, the person that does answer tells me they will have him call me back. I have missed an entire mowing season and have had to pay for someone else to mow all season. Each call is "we do not have an update yet" that's a fine explanation for a week or two.... but MONTHS later, any true business that is worth anything would have already got an update .... Its now September.

Update#2 All has been cared for. Final rating is 4 stars based on the full hassle. UPDATE: I finally after two weeks did receive a phone call from the owner who the Original deal was made with. It is clear based on speaking with him that we were both incorrect on what was agreed upon. Based on this long conversation I believe that this matter is going to be resolved. Though it may have taken way longer than it should have! I will update upon conclusion.

Spent 450.00 to fix a few leaks on my tractor. After having it 3 weeks I go pick it up drive it home and it leaks as bad as it did when I took it to them. I would not recommend this place . Nice guys but shabby work. Never again.
