“People never cease to amaze me. This is a small company that really does all it can to provide services for those who have no other options. My internet was always great before the storms hit this year. Is spotty internet to be expected after several storms swept through in a month and practically destroyed whole towers? Of COURSE! I called them once and they credited my account for the missed time and have a tech looking at my ongoing issue that started after the bad weather. So can people please stop complaining and realize it’s not all about y’all? There are worse things in life than local internet outages.”
