About The tackle box
The Tackle Box is a family-run bait shop that is highly appreciated by local anglers and visitors heading to the lake or campgrounds. It offers a wide selection of bait, including live minnows and night crawlers, all known for their quality. The shop is larger on the inside than it appears from outside, providing plenty of supplies to fix or repair rods and reels, making it a convenient stop for fishing needs. Customers praise the friendly and kind staff, especially the owner, who often arrives early in the morning and goes out of his way to provide excellent service. The shop frequently offers deals on fish gear and sometimes gives free bait as a gesture of kindness. Notably, the shop has unique items like large, perfect crawdads at great prices. Overall, The Tackle Box is a trusted, welcoming spot that supplies fresh bait and fishing gear, making it a favorite stop for those heading to the lake.
