10Gym is a really nice gym, there's tons of machines and equipment so even when the parking lot is full it's not crowded inside. Sam has been excellent to work with and made me feel very seen and motivated and excited for my fitness goals! Would definitely recommend speaking with him if you want a more structured plan and support in reaching your goals. My experience thus far has been nothing but positive with 10gym. If you're looking for your new "gym home" look no further!

Great facility. Just got done with my 1 hour session with Sam the trainer. My arms are on fire and I feel great. I would strongly recommend his help if you are looking for progress.

Great staff! Nice clean equipment and several different plan options.The gym itself and the staff are great. But DO NOT get pressured into signing up for the personal trainer. This gym should re think if they want to be associated with Light House Fitness. It’s a huge scam and priced way to high. Paying more for a trainer than almost any other expense in my life the only thing more expensive is my rent.

I joined 10 Gym 4 days ago mostly for the sauna. When you begin your 10 Gym experience they give you one free consultation with a physical trainer. My consultation was with Logan and he gave me a really amazing work out. Overall Logan gets 3 stars and the sauna rounds out the experience to a 5 star experience.

Historically, you had to report broken equipment that took ages to fix and dirty bathrooms and workout areas. Over the last couple months they've really upped their game proactively servicing exercise equipment and cleaning. Makes for a much better workout experience getting in and out quickly on the equipment you expect to use.

Impressed with how clean the gym always is. Jaelen is constantly cleaning and moving the equipment to clean underneath and behind the equipment. Marissa always has a smile and is fun to visit with. They both make my gym days much more enjoyable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This gym sucks, old broke down, torn, nasty equipment. Staff only worries about their many gfs/bfs visiting them at the gym. Customer service line absolutely sucks, they charged my bank account even more money when I didn’t continue my membership after the first year. After I called 2 months ahead of time to make sure they didn’t do this, and to let them know I won’t be renewing. I’m still waiting to receive my money back, customer service is HORRIBLE with corporate and at the gym. Will contact BBB or whoever I need to in order to receive my money back that they illegal charged at day of termination of the contract. I didn’t sign for another year. Judgement zone here. Save your funds and go elsewhere!!

This place has gotten much better lately. Gym associate Jaelen is always busy cleaning, reorganizing equipment or helping gym goers. He and all the recently added staff are super pleasant, notice when you walk in or out and not always burried in their phones but instead are engaged. Idk what happened but im enjoyong it!
