No problem taking my money but then want to call me and tell me I have to come in because I was declined because they can’t verify I am me, even though I went through their verification process have an approval email sitting in my inbox with a set delivery date.Absolutely not. Give me my money back and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Christian was super nice and very helpful! He helped us get a bed and couch!He went above and beyond in helping me find the best option in my budget. Went home with a bed and a couch thanks to him! Defiantly great customer service and communication was fantastic ?

They have the most hateful people working for them. Customer service is a joke. They tell you they'll be there at 3 to pick up your mattress but don't show up till the next day. Then, instead of unzipping the cover that I was asked to leave on but got to keep, they tore into pieces and threw it on the ground. Never even told me they were coming to get it today and will not answer my phone calls when I call. I don't care how bad you need something, go somewhere else cause this place is a joke along with everyone who works there.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Asked for a late fee to be waived one time and they got rude about it and would be understanding to a one time situation!! Will never do business with them ever again!!
