Make sure you check every inch of your furniture for any defect. One of the reasons I bought this couch was bc I loved the that I could remove the cushion covers to wash them. Well, one of the cushion covers did not have the attachment to the zipper to pull. I called and I am responsible to pay for the cushion cover replacement bc it has been more than year. I didn't think I'd have to inspect the cushion covers for damage. You knew when this was made it was faulty and you sold it anyway. This may be small to some people but I've worked in customer service my entire life and am a general manager of a retail store. My customer would have received a sincere apology and a cushion cover replacement would have been shipped out at no cost to the customer, whether more than a year has gone by or not!

Attentive and friendly staff. Selection was great! The whole process was wonderful and efficient. From a quick need for a tape measure to getting an order finalized to completing financial transaction. Great job to everyone!
