Why did the same cashier ask for my ID 3 different times for the SAME return? She had even asked to, and did, scan my app after the second time she asked for my ID. Then she had the audacity to follow me out of the store ?

The customer service is very RUDE! I shop alot online and I gave my name then they would like to tell me after they grabbed the bag with MY NAME ON BAG that is there another name its under... NO (email verified that's mine) If I want to wait around and get asked questions I would shop in store.

They were not busy at all. Therefore, you’d think it would be an enjoyable and welcoming visit. From the time I walked in and to the checkout my experience was very unpleasant to say the least. I watched the two ladies one whom even seemed to be a manager, smile and offer assistance to the two other customers in the store. I however, did not get treated with the same respect or even acknowledge. I had to grab the other employees attention whom was just standing at the register. She rudely answered my two questions and acted as if I was an inconvenience. quickly scanned my gift card and treated me as if I was beneath her. Both employees greeted the other customers who had spent more money as if they were royalty, my cashier even told them to have blessed day while the other cashier kindly finished the transactions. Did my cashier or the other cashier/ supervisor do the same service for me, absolutely not! Didn’t say one word to me, I smiled said have a good day. My cashier said, yep, you too. Barely acknowledging me. I felt so judged and unwelcome. I have never left an establishment with such unprofessional service and looking down on someone. Over a gift card? I assure you I have spent hundreds of dollars here many times. I said, I’m just grabbing a gift. I guess my small transaction wasn’t worthy of their service.
