“To say this place is awesome is an understatement. After months of searching for a replacement for a battery pack for our adjustable bed, I’m kicking myself for not brining it to them sooner. They were able to repair the battery pack we already had and at an affordable price. The base we bought is some “specialty” odd ball. No one has parts for it, including where we bought it from. We bought it being told it has a lifetime warranty but since our fur baby did a little chewing number on it, it’s not covered and they wouldn’t order a new battery pack for us. Interstate fixed it. They fixed it right, quick, and affordable. We had a clearance baby monitor for our first kid and they don’t make it or the battery pack anymore, they also fixed that by literally making a custom battery pack replacement. My wife is thrilled with the customer service of this store. Can’t say enough good about this store and the people that make it such a great place. Definitely more than I expected.”

“The manager Jose is amazing! And his employee Chris was also amazing! We had a special order part that had to be shipped and when it came a week later it was damaged by the supplier. This was the last one they could get as the supplier had no more. It was a voltage regulator and I did not want to have to buy the whole alternator as it was not needed. But bc I went through all the troubles I did with this part they made right by it by helping me find the best deal to fix my car! Thank you Chris and the manager Jose”
