I used to absolutely love this place before they decided to raise their prices to astronomical proportions. I used to be able to go in there and find all sorts of Bargains. I can't afford to shop in this high priced place. I have no choice but to shop somewhere else. Will NOT return!

Decided to go to the Big Lots in Owasso after dropping my son off at work I went to the clearance aisle which I love and I was able to get two cheesecake boxes for $1.74 which I will be using for the holidays The store is spacious and the shelves are neat and majority are fully stocked I was able to find everything I needed since I'm new to the store I had to figure out where everything was but it wasn't hard to find The staff are friendly and helpful Top Big Lots I've been to

Greeted when entering store. Seen workers consistantly stocking
At least 3 people asked if they could help me from different areas of store. Very friendly workers and check out.

I was with my adult son and young granddaughter and we spilled a drink. We were SO embarrassed and I hurried to let someone know. I thought it was the manager, so I said, “We spilled a drink, I’m so sorry”. His response, “me too”. He didn’t even look me in the eyes. He clearly was upset. My other son is in management at Target and said he would have never handled it that way. We will not be returning to that store after shopping there regularly. So rude!!

Nice but some of their furniture was dirty, cashier's nice but hard to get any of the gentleman working to help. They will actually act as if they can't hear you and even pick up speed while walking then exit through doors to the back of the store. They actually lost a huge furniture sale due to this.
