I was very worried about the process of handling everything after my wreck. But it was so painless & easy. They handled the insurance company, kept me up to date about my car & were all very great. My car was done in just a few days, ahead of schedule!! Definitely a great company!!!

Thoroughly explained the repairs needed. Kept me updated on the repair process.
Fixed the front upper molding where my gate had hit, which was separate from the covered repairs.
And...they vacuumed the entire interior, which had had white fur all over the floors from transpoting my Great Pyrenees dogs!
Caliber's service was excellent, down to the delivery of my car to my workplace.
I would definitely recommend, and use them again.

very disappointed With they Quality work/old scratched and rusty parts
They scratched all the frame around where they worked on, stripped bolts and lack of support
Definitely not recommended this place at all
$6,000 to the trash, they didn’t even try to work with me at all

Went to my regular body shop for an estimate on a scrape across the passenger door.The estimate was very high and work extensive and even though the other driver would be paying for it, it seemed excessive. When Karsten looked at it he gave me options for ways to repair it. I chose the least costly repair and he made it look like new! Thank you Karsten! Caliber is now my new favorite and I’ll be recommending them to others and choosing them again. Outstanding customer service!

They did a fantastic job and found more damage than the insurance company did so thankful for that! They communicated almost every day on progress. They even cleaned my car inside and out for pick up! Highly recommend these guys!
