I booked a 1 bedroom queen room. The whole point of booking was for the 1 bedroom. They put me in a basic room with twin beds. When I asked for the type of room I booked they didn't try to even help. Much less they didn't say sorry here is a discount since you got less of a room then you paid for. Won't book here again. Super annoyed.

This hotel was very dirty. The carpet being the worst offender. The bedspreads was wrinkled and not too white. Disappointing after I paid extra. Wouldn't recommend again.

Every per friendly hotel I ever been to never charged a $25 fee for each pet , this one does, for $132 per night you would think they provided breakfast, but they don't, sure they have a stove, and microwave, but when I go to a hotel it's because I need a break, I do not want to cook, and no swimming pool,,, I will never go to one of these hotels again,, I will take a little more time looking for a hotel that at least has a swimming pool, the only thing good about this hotel was the bed and A.C ..not worth $132 per night.

I expected better. Rooms are spacious but was not clean. Bed was made with dirty sheets that you could tell was fresh dried blood not an old stain. Dishes and eating utensils was used and placed back in drawers and cabinets dirty. AC works half the time. Dishwasher leaks across the floor. Stayed on a weekend and it was so loud, no rest at all. People in room above us sounded like they was dropping stuff and rearranging furniture all night long. Reserved for 4 nights but checked out after only 1 night due to everything mentioned above. Not understanding how such a rundown place stays in business in this area. Very sketchy looking and acting guests here, does not feel safe at all. Type of environment you would expect to see at 31st and memorial area not 71st ST area. If not from Tulsa, I do not recommend staying here.

Hotel overbooked rooms. Part of our team had to find new places to stay. Big crack in bathtub, AC unit doesn’t work properly, moved us from 2 bed to 1 for no reason. No breakfast, you get wiffs of sewer.

My room was very spacious and they gave us the hospital rate since we were here for family at the hospital. We didn't have reservations. They also let us borrow a phone charging cord. Everything was clean and neat. There was a perfect stocked kitchenette. They do not serve breakfast.

Clean suite for the price of most hotels. My biggest complaint is the same complaint I give most hotels recently, why do they insist on using that toilet paper that feels like I'm wiping with wax paper. It takes 4 times more wipes to get my ahold clean. Normally 3 wipes and the paper is clean but with this waxed paper 12 wipes and it's still brown. I gave up and grabbed a wash rag to get clean. The room had most of what I needed, but I really needed a 1 or 2 table spoon to measure my coffee. No measuring spoons to be found.

Stephanie at the front desk is great. Rooms are not bad for the price especially since they have kitchenettes. It's definitely in need of a remodel but its great for a last minute no fuss no frills kind of room and the beds are comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff, professional staff. Love the cleanliness, room amenities, stop shop for additional amenities. Spacious rooms, kitchenette, self service laundry, great gym Super location.

While it may be a jog from Tulsa this hotel has been great. When I arrived I was greeted by Samantha, who was very courteous. I'm on a work trip where I'm traveling for work, and I'm on call. Sunday evening I got the phone call mid laundry, I had to leave. I was again greeted by Samantha who graciously offered to finish my laundry, which was above and beyond her duties for the hotel and it's guests. She has been awesome for my entire stay. If ever in Tulsa I will make it a point to stay at this Candlewood. For her superior customer service I hope IGH sees her as a great asset to the organization, and properly either compensates her for her going the extra mile for it's guests. Great stay and even better service!

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to, the useless female that was supposed to be working spent more time on her phone with her son and playing with her friends kids. Had no clue how to do her job put me in a single room after I told her I needed two beds then told there is a pullout bed in the room, told her to cancel the room she didn't know how so back on her phone she went. Horrible experience, dirty hotel smelled like weed went 1 mile up the road and stayed at the Hampton.

Grest quiet place to sleep. Howeve they need to check and fix faucets. Running bath water, required an additional waterfall from shower head. Also chair was ripped and torn. Employees were great and room was good.

So wonderful to have a full size refrigerator with an ice maker a toaster on 1100 watt microwave go figure Nice comfy bed cold air conditioning and I've had several different rooms there in the past 3 weeks. You don't have any road noise and you basically never hear anybody else leaving or coming into rooms near you
