Awesome, just awesome, my first new vehicle, been waiting and watching, I know these trucks well, and was going to pay cash, but needed to get my credit better, so all in all, Seamless as can be. Easy, made it quick and enjoyable, yuppp, that good, Dustin the sales Manager was awesome, Chuck was awesome, he knew the truck as well as me, great experience, and got to help out a Veteran on his day, and new job, awesome experience from a grumpy old Gpa.

Our salesman Ronnie and the rest of the staff who helped us were exceptionally helpful and patient with us. We had many questions before buying a new car since we are seniors and don't always understand new technology also on a fixed-income. He didn't seem to mind taking time to explain things and help us stay within our budget. Thank you, Ronnie!

Received a counter offer in the mail from a bank they use I called in spoke with Sean and used cars explain to him what I had received in the mail he told me he sounds like it shouldn't be a problem to bring the letter and come in upon doing so he said everything looks good and to come in the following day to look over everything and just to be certain and upon doing so comes back and says looks good and then upon another 10 or 15 minutes comes back and says he got us approved. Recommend Sean in used cars young man that is motivated and knowledgeable about his job and treats customers with respect and very helpful

Overall great experience. We were out of town buyers. Our salesman, David, went above and beyond to make sure that when I flew in to look at the car, that it wasn’t sold prior to getting there and that we had a clean car to look at. Process with Classic Chevrolet went very smoothly and I was on the road within a couple of hours of arriving. Great dealership and salespeople!

I went in to get my car serviced for oil change. Everyone was courteous and helpful. While waiting for my car I strolled onto the used car lot met Shawn and we talked about me getting a Blazer. When everything was said and done I kept my current car and ended up with the Blazer too. Had it delivered by Shawn he was kind, personable and helpful. Had a great afternoon.

Purchased a used truck from Matt with Classic and he was kind, helpful, and respectful. I never felt pressured and enjoyed my overall experience. Fallon in finance was the nicest finance person I have ever worked with and always took my answers as final word rather than pressuring me over and over. Thanks yall. Great work!

I’ll spare everyone the details because my experience could be a novel, but if you buy a used vehicle and they say it will not be ready to take home the day of purchase, do not sign anything. I purchased a vehicle on 7/29 and was told it would take 7-10 days for servicing and detail before I could pick it up. It spent 21 days in service before I was called that it was ready, it most definitely was not, as it had a major oil leak and check engine light when I attempted to drive off the lot. The car then spent a total of FIFTY DAYS in service, with no voluntary updates from classic chevy about what the hell was going on. I was incredibly patient with everyone throughout this situation, and it was rather disappointing to not be treated with the same respect when I expressed my interest in nullifying my contract with this clearly unsafe vehicle. My attempts were met with “your vehicle will be ready today, definitely.” That statement was true zero times out of the 5 times I heard it. And “let me talk to my manager and I’ll give you a call right back” and then never getting a call back. I attempted to speak with the GM, Rusty, multiple times and was repeatedly told he was “not here today”, “at lunch”, or “in a meeting” which was my personal favorite excuse because I physically saw him ~not~ in a meeting. Absolute garbage. I was eventually able to get myself out of this nightmare on 9/15. The cherry on top of this awful experience was Oscar with the finance department asking me to give him a "big smile" after telling me that they weren't "legally required" to get me out of this situation. I was so frustrated at this point that I was willing to lose money on my initial down payment just to get as far away from this dealership as possible.Only positive aspect of this situation was Mario Garcia with used cars. He’s a gem and if you do choose to do business with Classic Chevy, I would highly suggest him. He and his boss, Curtis, helped me through the end of this deal with kindness and understanding.

Mike was great. Oscar was great. Love my car.My ONLY complaint would be the $6000 I got ripped for because they cut my payoff for trade because it was hit (I had no idea, it was not seen) and they added a $5000 market adjustment for ZR 1 and ZL1, said it was to keep out of state people from buying….im not out of state and the car was an SS not a Z, only came down $1000. I should’ve paid close to $52k for the car instead much closer to $60k. It’s a good thing I wanted the car.

Although we did not end up making a deal with this dealership I will say we would 100% drive to Oklahoma to do business with Mike White. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to provide us with the information we needed on the truck. Thank you Mike for your outstanding customer service.

Well I had to go to a Chevrolet dealer to find a Toyota. These guys have the best cars and beat deals! Go see Juan Espino! He was so patient with us and found exactly what we were looking for. Such a great buying experience with no hassle. We will def be coming back here for future vehicles!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely horrible service! They lie to you just to you to come in saying everything is approved and done with the bank don't worry about anything. They don't even work in the back and make you wait hours while they just play frisbee and watch football... I'll definitely be going somewhere else!! Don't believe their lies over the phone absolutely zero integrity!!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Oscar Reyes is the worst manager and I have never been talk too in such a rude manner. I had 12,000 cash to put down on a vehicle and simply wanted a $200 a month payment. They offered me a $270 a month payment on a 23,000 car. Which is like 8k in taxes and interest. So again I stated I needed a lower payment and I go to talk to a financing. The lady Fallon I worked with on financing was so kind and sweet and she tried working out a deal for me. She figured something out but had to ask. Then Oscar comes in and treats me a child when he simply could have said that they can't do $200. He was incredibly mean and like was blaming me for signing a paper. Like im unable to change my mind on what I can afford? Absolutely should not be the car buying experience. As a young girl who was simply trying to not get screwed over and then to be treated like that. Will be buying a car from another dealership.

Visited 4 other dealerships 8-22, Classic Chevrolet was the most professional and business like, very impressive. It was obvious the employees were very honest from the salesperson in up the chain. That is extremely important to me, honesty and integrity. I have told many friends I am very pleased with Classic Chevrolet in Owasso.
