You can tell how dishonest a store is by how long it takes to cancel. I've been in a live chat for 20 minutes. no progress. they wait 1 minute between responses hoping I give up.

Sean got me right in and out! I appreciate that and got my internet all set up within 30 minutes. Great experience and great staff. They welcomed me right when I opened the doors. He recommend what I needed and got me taken care of.

The store people were very helpful. We had to come from Kansas to pick up a new Modem. Murilee was very helpful on the phone and in person. Not like the telephone support people who didn’t know anything. We were already a customer and they did not have to sell us anything. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful! Hope they stay there forever. It was worth the drive to have their help and support.

Update: Ok, it's 5 star for Sean, who's really trying to make things work for me. He was unsuccessful. :( He knows both his equipment and the unfortunate realities of living with cable, which I'll never do again. The corporate communicators lied to me so I've canceled the cable, while retaining the internet. Still hate COX.
Why, when I exchanged a wireless cable box, did Sean give me a wired one in exchange? Now the store is closed & I'm SOL until tomorrow unless I can find a piece of coax & run it across the floor from the modem to the cable box. So frustrated!!! I hate COX!

This internet is the MOST UNSTABLE GARBAGE I have ever used in my entire life. Pay for 500mps and I get 200 if I’m lucky. It’s ALWAYS down. ALL. THE. TIME! Any time of day every day. This is 100% a scam. Do not use this company for internet if you have a choice. USE LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE! Go outside and exercise or contribute to society, but whatever you do, do not use this company. I hope they go out of business.
