Had the BEST experience purchasing 2- iPhone 16's with Mr. Clark! He was kind, made me feel appreciated, unlike the man that was working with him. His attitude almost made me drive to Claremore. He seemed like he wanted to be anywhere, BUT there and he made me feel like I was bothering him. Mr. Clark saved the sale, he deserves a raise.

I gotta say, the deal I got for an unlimited unlimited plan was not a haggle at all. Those girls don't play either, they'll give you the best deal out there or send you on your way. I'm rockin a new 5G with a case, screen guard, charger, protection plan all under $300, that's with the activation fee and first month. Literally the best phone I've had. I didn't think you could get a decent setup like this for a fair price, but surprisingly at Cricket you can!

The lady there is a liar. The warranty for screen cover is worthless. Management lies right along with employees. Customer service is horrible.

Milly was such a breath of fresh air in the world of retail/customer service people. We literally put this switch from Verizon off for 6+ months because we just did not want to spend 2+ hours at the cell shop getting it done. We finally but the bullet and went in. She transitioned everything over effortlessly. She even helped us apply our discount for having Soonercare and got us set up with our HBO promo. We had our transfer pins and were able to keep our phone numbers which was very important to me. Although we own our devices and have no interest in buying new ones she professionally mentioned crickets current promos/deals on buying new phones. I will recommend cricket to friends and family because of the major savings and especially to my local people, because of Milly's hospitable customer service.
