I don’t use the term “worst” very often, but this place is literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Closed in the middle of the day, drive thru is never open, orders are never ready after confirmation text, medication continually out of stock, and multiple denial of insurance even after my insurance approved medicine. Awful service and experience.

Inconvenient. Changed pharmacy hours, drive through is never open. When I asked about it just got blank stares. Going to have to change to Walgreens I guess.

Worst customer service ever! I don’t use them personally thank god but I was picking up prescriptions for a friend that had surgery this morning. When I drove up to the window at 1:55 no one was there so I called. The voicemail said they were closed for lunch til 2pm though the website doesn’t mention that at all. At 2:05 with cars lined up behind me a short lady with dark hair came to the window still chewing food. I simply asked why they were late especially when no other pharmacies close for lunch. You say on the message “Open at 2”. It’s not an estimated time to customers. She gave a dirty look and asked “Why are you ranting?” After I left I looked at their reviews and completely understand I’m not the only one now. If the rude pharmacist wants to dispute this event I’ve got the dash cam recording.

FYI. They are not administering any vaccinations at this CVS. If you have scheduled through the app or website it will still say you have an appointment, but they are not doing them. They will not call you about this. Unless you call them (if they answer the phone) you won’t know until you show up.

These people who work in this store Matt and.Trinity Are the most inconsiderate humans I have ever came across in my 60 years we had our Dr call in a prescription for our child. After 4 hrs I called to see if it was ready spent 50 minutes on hold finally I called the store back to be told by CVS employee they would walk phone to pharmacy on hold another 30 minutes and I just drove to the store to see The employees standing around then told me they are busy I'll never walk in this store again, look at all the awful reviews. Shame on this company for allowing this to go on in a pharmacy. Unbelievable

They do not answer phone!! After calling multiple times and listening to the annoying music for hours I finally drove there and asked if they have a phone problem girl didn't answer. Told them I am switching pharmacies as I heard phone ringing in background.

Just sat on hold for 45mins to ask if they have amoxicillin in stock for my child since no other cvs do and all close at 6pm. But in true CVS fashion THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. The fact that this is the 3rd cvs location I have had issues with and won’t answer calls today is not encouraging. I’ll make sure my patients know not to waste their time here or at cvs period.

We use another pharmacy in the area and had to go here today because they were open. They said it would take a few minutes for the medication and when I got there the pharmacist came to the window and hatefully said “I told you it’d take an hour!” I said “I was told a few minutes.” She said “No, I said an hour!” And then she walked off! She was so hateful and rude! No wonder so many are going to other pharmacies! The one I do use regularly is by far the best and CVS is by far the worst!

This pharmacy takes forever to fill prescriptions and its been like this for a while. Plus the grass is like a foot tall around the location it looks like it's a ran down store closing.

This pharmacy must be really under staffed. That is what they say when you ask why it took so long "days" to process a prescription. They almost never call me when my prescription is actually ready. The lines are often very long. Today it look me over 40 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. That being said the staff have always been nice and willing to help.

Frederic is by far the worst manager I have encountered. No customer service at all. I asked a simple question and then he proceeds to try to start and argue with me and I’m like ok? I asked why I had to show my money first before my transaction. He explained and I said ok. Then proceeds to try to start an argument and I was just standing there. I was a previous customer service supervisor and questioning your innocent customer because of whatever day you’re having is wrong. Not to mention I had to wait forever for someone to even come to the counter to see if I needed help.

I will say the people that work here are nice. I get that maybe the pharmacy is short staffed BUT maybe you shouldn't take one more business than you can handle and let your customers know that they will be waiting a week for their prescriptions to be filled.. Urgent care called in my prescriptions around 10am. I head to pharmacy around 7pm to be told my pickup is not ready but they can have it ready within an hour. I leave and go eat and head back a little over an hour to be told that my script is still not ready and they needed another 45mins to get it ready!?!?!? I advise, no thanks, I will just come back in the morning and pick it up....... NOPE, still NOT ready!!!! WHY? I will just be switching to Wal-Mart or Owasso Drug from now on... I do know that with Wal-Mart I get updated text alerts on the status of pick up and order details. Anyway, just disappointed.....
