I was impressed with the entrance to CVS, clean parking lot, no garbage hanging out of trash cans, makes it much more appealing to shop at this CVS on 96th street in Owasso OK! The store is clean, most items are easy to find and if you need help, just ask, the staff is more than willing to help you! The are very considerate of your time! Thank You CVS Staff and Pharmacy!

CVS did a great job today for me. They saved me $100, by having me look for a coupon on a vendor website, and applied it to my bill. She went above and beyond, to help me as a customer. GOOD JOB CVS. Good hire4.

Said the ordered cough medicine wasn’t covered by our insurance because we could get it over the counter but then couldn’t give us a definitive answer about which medication that was so we ended up buying the $24.62 cough syrup prescription & then trying to find the appropriate over the counter one online but never could. Could only find the same name cough syrup at a family pharmacy not close to us. Asked them to try Singulair or Goodrx but they said neither covered it.I will be contacting our insurance on Monday. Service was slow as usual. They’re always busy & seem to be short staffed. Only come here because it got so bad at Walgreens & they’re the only two that accepts our insurance in the area. Find somewhere else unless you have to come here & have lots of patience! And I did submit a complaint!

They will not answer the phone no matter how long you hold for. The worst pharmacy I have ever tried to get a prescription transfer to. I would have went to another pharmacy if I knew how bad it was going to be. But you got someone in a pickle when you transfer it but will not fill it or answer the phone. Will be very happy when I get back home to transfer it back to my pharmacy that is not a cvs. I am really surprised that you have any customers at all

The absolute worst! This pharmacy has been my go to for the last couple of years. But cannot seem to get it together the last year or so. How hard is it to fill a BP prescription? And I can’t get it transferred?!? Seriously? Your whole system is a travesty!

This CVS used to be awesome and the pharmacy was open for 24 hours making it so easy to drive up to the window at my convenience to pickup any of my many prescriptions. About 8 years ago I moved all of my prescriptions and my spouse did also because the pharmacy at this CVS location was open 24/7 and the customer service was awesome. However, recently things at this location has changed and they now close at 11:00pm. It wasn't uncommon for me to pickup my meds around 2:00am before these changes. Recently I arrived at the pickup window in the drive through at about 10:35pm. There were no vehicles in front of me. I waited and it was about 15 minutes before an employee came to the window to provide services. I do hope this CVS location will make the necessary changes to again become the go to place for all of our prescriptions but if things don't get better soon I will take my business to another pharmacy.

My doctor called in my prescriptions 11:45. I was at CVS to pick them up at the drive through at 12:30. I was told they were not ready. They suggested I pull into the parking lot and they would text me in about 15 or 20 minutes when they were ready. I did that. I waited for 45 minutes still had not received a text so I drove back up to the window and they were ready . I suspect that they had been for a while. I did not get a text from them until I got home about 2:15 saying they were ready! This is completely unacceptable. This tells me that pharmacy at this CVS is inefficient and that they don't care about their customers. We will likely be changing pharmacies.
