I used this storage for over a year, if not two. They were wonderful. I was always able to contact them through email if I needed anything and they always replied quickly and were happy to help. They are much more affordable then their competitors in town. Their units are clean and well maintained. I no longer have need for storage but if I ever do in the future I will only use Docs!

Prices have gone up considerably since last I needed a storage unit but the owners keep the place clean neat and safe. I never worry about going at any time. The gate is very secure and the gate panel is very easy to use and has never glitches. The gate goes up smoothly and gives you plenty of time for 1 or 2 cars to get in. People are supposed to wait until the gate goes back down before entering to put a stamp on when they have been there. I had someone come on after me that went in on my code-not good! I'd be held responsible for anything they did. Next time a car is behind me, I will wait for the gate to go down. The owner texts or calls me if there is a problem with my monthly payment e.i. the bank insists that they issue new card every couple of years or so and forgetting to update your billing. Thank you Doc's hideaway for making our storage needs so effoertless!

Could not have been easier. Ended up with more units that we originally thought and got the extra space within a few minutes. Very clean, secure, friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again!

I wouldn't recommend. There's too many other options In owasso that are way nicer, more helpful and and less expensive. Not to mention there's a $15 setup fee for who knows what? Called around and no one else had $15 setup fee. Also, there was something in the unit I rented and she told me to pull it out myself or just throw it away myself. Instead saying sorry we will get that out of there for you. AND I ended up not needing the unit after all. And after only 1 week of not even using the unit at all, I asked for a refund ( not including the setup fee ) and offered to pay the week of renting it and not using it. And she said no. So I lost $90 for nothing. Overall, horrible experience.
